Went there on 7/14/22 at about 11pm. First thing I wasn’t greeted at all when I entered the establishment. I ordered bbq wings that I watched him dump in the deep fryer & tossed a little bbq sauce on them. I must say they were NASTY !! I also ordered a steak with green peppers on sub bread it came with no SEASONING aka nasty too.
The pleasant, friendly staff are always courteous, kind, and accommodating! I never have to wait to pick up my order and it's always accurate, tasty, and addicting!!! Keep up the good work!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Nothing like ordering in advance for pickup, traveling 20 minutes to the store, waiting 5 minutes for someone to speak to me, and then them starting to cook my order when I told them I was there for pickup. No one in store at all, don't know why the wait.
Lose the kiosks, invest in staff. I'll come back weekly again when I can talk to someone. Happy to pay more and get the order I want from someone who gives a @$#@
Lied about not having chicken. It’s a chicken spot and they stated they had no more although another customer came up to them and ask them for chicken and they told them they had it. Interesting to lie so boldly like that
Came in this establishment for a to go order this past weekend. The person who took my order never made it a point to inform me that my meal comes with drinks. I realized my bag had none and returned to the establishment after leaving already to ask for a bag and was completely ignored. The individual working the late night weekend shift pretended as if I wasn’t present though he clearly heard and saw me as we were the only ones in the establishment at that moment. Food is okay at best but the service I received that night 100% assured I would never be frequenting this business again though I have done so on numerous occasions over time. The sandwiches I ordered that night made by your lovely respect driven and diligent worker fell apart immediately after being unwrapped. ⭐️_ _ _ _

Great food and a great value! We just tried this place for the first time this month and have ordered twice. The chicken is delicious and the sides are varied and plentiful. There is something for everyone. The salad sides are a bit lack luster, but I will forgive them as everything else is so tasty!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. They will mess up your order, and I don’t mean forgetting a small side. We are a hungry family of 4, ordered the family platter, and hardly any of it was delivered. There are no family platter sides. Now we have to scramble for dinner. Go somewhere else.
The evening cashier and prep boy are not customer service friendly towards dining in customer, not knowledgeable of what accompaniments go on their sandwich. Really bad attitudes if you ask for what you are paying for. The cashier is the worst and appears to have other issues as well. The girl’s attitude is “just take what I give you”.
