Local rum. Bomb cocktails. Great outdoor space. The bartenders are friendly and always play great music. You can grab food at union market and bring it in. What’s not to love?
Great place for a group happy hour - outdoor space as well as airy indoor space. Very interesting cocktail menu, incorporating rum into classics, and the staff was great!
Cool place! Bartenders were both super chill & knew the products from the distillery & everything for their mixed drinks. The rums were very tasty & smooth. My favorite were the PX aged & the Navy Strength Sherry Cask aged. Very flavorful & super smooth (surprising for the navy strength given its 114 proof!) Definitely recommend a stop for a drink or 2!
This place is so fun! Such a chill vibe! They also have compostable cups/straws. Great for groups! If you like rum, definitely check it out!
Aesthetics are stunning. Unfortunately the drinks we were served were not the most pleasant, seemed like they prioritised the colour gimmick over a well balance drink. Would recommend one after visiting union market but would temper expectations.
Great distillery and space. Large space with many tables and different places to sit. Large selection of cocktails and good bartender advice. Chill music in the background. Very clean as well
I visited for the first time for a distillery tour and it did not disappoint! The tour was very educational and we got to try eight different rums - so we learned a lot! The tour comes with a free cocktail, which was delicious. They have a wonderful patio with heaters and will be perfect for hanging outside when it’s cold. We will be back!
Great cocktails and rums! Quite little place for a great date night. The bartender is highly knowledgeable on all of their rums. Also highly recommended signing up and doing one of the tours.
Woman who was checking IDs and Covid cards at the front created a really unpleasant experience. My Covid card hadn't been completed by a nurse in full when I got my first shot (it didn't include my name on the card or the date of the first shot which is totally fair to question) but after I brought up the reservation email for the shot she told me she needed a confirmation email. After bringing up a confirmation email, she told me she actually needed website proof of the shot. After bringing that up, she sent me and my party outside again to bring up a confirmation email from the second shot, despite that section of the card being completed in full. Overall, she made me bring up over five different sources of confirmation that I got my Covid shot. We were then seated by an open garage door, which was essentially outside in 35 degree weather. After asking to move to a table closer to a heat lamp, she told us we could not move because there were no extra chairs, even though there were multiple tables open throughout the night. Overall it was a weird, hostile experience to just get drinks even with a reservation. The drinks themselves are good but pricey and our waiter was really nice, though they're clearly understaffed because he was handling a ton of tables and service was understandably slow as a result. f you're looking for a nice night out, I would try somewhere else.
Fun times with fun friends. Their anniversary dram was amazing.
