While not the most aesthetically pleasing, this place is worth stopping by if you've never had churros made proper. Didn't have A/C in the building, but I had a great time with their modest menu.
We visit this restaurant 5 years ago, we are in Washington again on vacation so today we went to the restaurant again, the food was really good, the churros are a must.

It’s hard to find churros in DC, so I appreciate this place. Good value for price! Note that despite the place’s name, they actually have a ton of savory foods; the focus is not on churros or other desserts.

Somewhat a hole in the wall but I really enjoyed the food here. Its different from other places in DC. The tapas-like dishes and the sides were all really good that went well with our entries.
The food is very good and nice people!! Will definitely go back if I'm back on vacation to DC!
Churros were great!
Yummm! The churros were delicious and the pitcher of margaritas was great too! A dozen churros and a pitcher of margaritas for $40. Where can you beat that price in Admo. I’ll be back!
