Everyone at this Chick-Fil-A deserves a medal for service and kindness to customers through a downpour. Whatever their salaries are, they should be doubled. ?
The service was inadequate. There is constant yelling by team members and the overall cleanliness is questionable. For this place to be located in Tenelytown i can not believe the establishment. Embarrassing
Chick-fil-a is pretty consistent across the country, so the food was good; however the speed and attitude of the servers at this location is incomparable with any other chick-fil-a I have been to. The poor attitudes and carelessness of these employees is a stain on chick-fil-as everywhere... you are in our Nation's capital... please remember that you are representing an entire franchise to millions of people and tourist annually.
Definitely does not hold the same standards other chick-fil-a has. Very slow and employees are subpar. A few employees seemed to care, but most did not seem to. This location needs a lot of improvement
There was a price of a waffle fry in my hash browns and they need to put a pep to their step peopl have places to be in the morning . Staff just needs to improve and not be so careless .
Don't order take-out online. They are extremely slow. You will waste at least 20 minutes when it's not crowded.
Great location and everything works usually. Only complaint is sometimes they have up to 15 minute wait times which can be annoying if you are in a rush. They also dont have dine in as of this message but hoping that comes back soon. Staff is very nice and have never seen a problem with that.
The bun for the sandwich was really old. For the original sandwich. The pickup person announced by name but was approached by someone whose order was not ready and I had to ask for me food after waiting for awhile. I was not happy with this food. The waiting area wasn't clean and the floor was really sticky.
Food is fine, but Please do something about the constantly overflowing trash can out front. Your food containers, napkins, etc. pollute the entire block....please empty this can more often and/or install an additional can.
Really great location and great food.. staff was super friendly and we wanted to sit outside because of Covid concerns .. even though it was cold the manager came out to give us sanitizing wipes… really great service
