This is a Franchise so they have basically nothing but the nuggets and fries no mac n cheese no tenders no nothing a complete waste of time and every time i turn around they go up on there Prices. The customer service is terrible if the cashiers spent less time talking and playing around maybe they could stop messing up on people orders giving out wrong sauces and more...

Cashier was friendly and the food came out quick, but they forgot half my order. I commute via metro to Alexandria and was in a hurry, but it was too late by the time I checked my bag.
Fantastic location. I travel to and from union station frequently and so have visited this location many times. Whoever the young latino man with glasses is — not sure his name, but he is almost working when I am there — that gentleman is one of the most professional food service workers i’ve ever met. Fast, professional and has a great attitude. Always brightens my day ?.
Asked for my food to be made to order and for the second time they gave me wat they wanted me to have food was pretty much cold when I got to my car I just waste my money cuz I don’t even want it now

No one beats Chick-fil-A drive-thru service! There's 20 to 30 other cars in the line I still only takes five or six minutes to get my food. And that's even though I have a gluten-free allergy order! Food is always delicious, hot, and correct!
Amazing Spicy Chicken Salad and Peach Shake. This location is at the eastern end of the basement level food court by Walgreens. We were there at 5pm on Labor Day and the lines were minimal.
