Paid ahead when I got to the pickup door staff tried to convince me that my payment did go thru upon checking my creditcard app it was pending which means it processed. miraculously my food was passed to me no apology just a statement of I thought you told me u had two orders. Wait what?? Asked for condiments I was ignored. Decided not to engage with the ignorant and drove off. Go to another location and protect your peace.
Spicy chicken sandwich was decent and waffle fries were alright. The rest was forgettable.Everything was VERY sugary and greasy.I'm not sure how people eat this regularly without having insulin on hand.Staff here were friendlier than all the other fast food chains I've been to. (+1 star)Won't be going back, but glad I tried it.3 stars.
Worst Chic Fil A Experience:I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich- I received a spicychicken sandwich with a fly cooked in the sandwich.An ice tea drink that had a leak in the cup and was unable to drink it before it all leaked out.
This is by far the worst Chick-Fil-A. Workers walking around in leisure clothes instead of uniform. I placed my order in the drive thru that took more than 26 minutes to get. My order is usually repeated back for accuracy and consistency, this is one of the reason it should be done. The woman who took my order rushed seemed so unenthused and didn’t want to be there. I was Missing a lemonade and asked the lady who brought me my food that i was Still in need of items. She walked back to the area and said it’s not on the order, i replied and said i told The lady who took my order about the lemonade. She rolled her eyes and called another lady over to my car. Lady came out and said i dont Have a lemonade for you, i told her i don’t mind paying for it here if it wasn’t added on, she said “we are very busy and if you want that lemonade you’ll have to get back in line.” There was not resolution to the problem. Asked for receipt of card and she didn’t want to provide any of that. Won’t be returning. Believe the reviews.
They work their butt off In there a d even thought they be working at a lighting fast speed they still get the sauce, toppings and other thing right.The only thing I'll say on the not good tip is Is the architecture kind of sucks for the layout its really not that much space for car
I was picking up an app order and was in the drive through for 20 minutes. No one ever said I Apologize for the inconvenience but heard a worker say they need to chill. Someone walked my order to my car and just walked away. I'm not going back. I'll go to Dakota crossing from now on. This is not what I'm accustomed to
This store should be shutdown and is a disgrace to the Chick-fil-A franchise. I have been here multiple times and each time I am always missing either sauces,straws, or food. Even at the checkout window I’m told to check and make sure I have everything I ordered because there defiantly is stuff missing. Chick-fil-a needs to fix this issue. ASAP
Absolute WORSE location in this entire area. Staff does not uphold chick fil a standard attitude everyone is always very short and over all rude. They always, always, always mess up orders, forget basic condiments and just don’t uphold the chick fila standard u barely get a “my pleasure” from this location. It’s like a high school classroom, a bunch of immature, incompetent staff that instead of being professional and providing solutions, they huddle up in this shoe closet of a store and whisper and laugh. In the midst of a global pandemic there are way too many ppl too close together around food not practicing safety or hygiene; hair is barely wrapped and always a coat or something outside of uniform which is also a health hazard —your personal clothing shouldn’t be reaching across open food. I’m sure chick fil a grosses enough to provide employees proper attire(ie; coats,hats etc. SHUT IT DOWN!! I would say retrain but this location has been through so much staff since opening it’s sad and they still haven’t turned this location around
This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A in the United States( Maryland Ave in NE DC). When I complain to the manager about how my macaroni and cheese look, she was like what's wrong with it? Really you need me to explain Jada! She told me this is how it's supposed to look, I explained to her that I buy macaroni and cheese from Chick-fil-A on a regular from the Columbia heights location and it never looks like this, and she responded "this ain't Columbia heights location"! ?
