Food was very good â Iâve never eaten in a French restaurant where no wonderful crusty French bread and sweet butter was not served. Confit nice Loup de Mer well prepared but restaurant just wasnât up to my expectations in terms of service and calibre. No small plates for sharing appetizers â poor wine list. I give it a B overall
Chez Billy has been and remains my favorite restaurant in the city. I love everything about it from the food to the service and the ambiance. Everything is confident without being overdone, just perfect at every turn from the drinks to the dessert. FIVE HUGE STARS!
A piece of Paris in DC. I goes with my wife weekly and it is a place to enjoy, with a quality service too!!

Overall, good service. However, was a problem with our salad order (live insects) which was promptly replaced.
So delicious and flavorful. The loup de mer was the best seabass Iâve ever tasted.
Delicious! We enjoyed our dinner. We had a last minute reservation, but ended up with a nice table at the time we were hoping for. Delicious onion soup and green salad, followed by delectable bucatini and sea bass, as well as steak frites. We were surprised by a wonderful birthday treat in the form of a flourless chocolate cake that was not even on the menu. Lovely ambience, and great for conversation. Tables nicely spaced out so everyone has their privacy. Wonderful service, very attentive and friendly. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend.
Food was just ok and the ambience as well. Steak frites was good but not great as the fries were over cooked and heavy. Nice place but they need to focus on the food quality.
Hadnât been back for a while since COVID, itâs me and boyfriends fav date spot. Being back reminded me why itâs the best. The food and service and drinks are always 10/10.
