This was one of the worse experiences I have had at an eatery. First, the only sandwich they serve is a cheesesteak and it’s terrible. The steak was flattened out and completely burnt with nasty bits covered with an excessive amount of cheese. Their bacon cheese fries were loaded with bad potatoes and did not come with enough bacon.I ordered a Diet Coke but they ran out and did not ask me if I would wait for them to change it out. They made me pick something else, none of which was diet. Aside from that I couldn’t hear. the employee and they couldn’t hear me over the blaring boom box that they had on.I went to get ketchup and napkins from their counter area which was extremely messy and lacked supplies. It was really disappointing.
I was here on Wednesday I wanted to buy a steak but a girl red hair treat me very rudely she said she doesnt have the drawer for register so she couldn't take my order while she was standing there doing nothing busy on her phone I don't know why they hire people they dont want to work and they dont know how to treat customers, i left because I did not like how she treated me , i heard her name is shya or shaye but I will never return to this charleys very bad experience when I left try to ask for the manager's number to talk about the bad attitude this girl has towards customers
Just had the California Chicken and it was perfect everyone there was very polite and professional Shay I think she was in charge was definitely the bright spot at this location both the chef and food preparer were exceptional as well I work security armed today I was filling in but next time I’m here I will be eating at Charleys Again ??♂️??✊?‼️
We ate here while staying at the Hilton next door. Typical lunch, seemed expensive for what we ate but everything in DC is expensive right?

The Best Steak and Cheese sub in Washington, DC!Need to ask for extra steak, extra provolone, extra lettuce and tomatoes on your order.Wish they had onion rings.Very hard to find location in the middle and bottom of government buildings.
Charley's saved the day ! We were in town for the spy museum. The website for the mall mentioned all these great places to eat. well, Charley's was the only place open ! Thank you for being there for us. We were a rather large group consisting of elderly and infants. It would have been impossible to walk through the city looking for food. The food was hot and tasty. The staff was nice and prepared. Kudos to Charley's for making an effort !
Ordered through ubereats at 7:05 pm. App says store closes at 7:45. My order was accepted by 2 different drivers and delayed twice only to be canceled 1.5 hours later. When I contacted uber eats I was told the merchant closed. Ridiculous. Can just imagine the staff decided they were done with orders 45 minutes before closing. From the looks of the other reviews, I probably dodge a bullet and food poisoning. Guess everything really does happen for a reason. First and definitely last time ordering from this location.
Worst location ever. Old and brown lettuce, not tomatoes, double the prices, and rude service!
