The food was mediocre but the service was horrendous. We called in an order for a party of 5. They told us it would be 20 minutes. We made it to the place in 25 minutes and the order wasn’t ready. We waited upstairs in the dining area and the guy promised he would bring the food upstairs in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we went down to enquire about our food and he said 5 more minutes. We waited there for 40 minutes and the food still wasn’t ready. When we asked why it was taking too long, the server lashed out at us saying this is a big order and it takes 30-35 minutes to make it. But by then an hour had passed since we placed the order. We started asking him why this is taking so long and finally he told us that they couldn’t make one item and they had run out of the ingredients for it. We asked for a refund for the item and got the rest of the food. Every single item was burned and over cooked. This was definitely not worth the hour wait and drive.I would never go back to this place again. They better teach their people some manners and teach them how to behave with customers.

i had some food from here while visiting a friend in DC. the costumer service was good. The dining area was kind small and not much room to move about. they have an upstairs area where you can eat, but i would say it can only fit around 20 people max. The mood its self was meh, i had the shawarma and it was really simple and okay, there's nothing special about it, but it wasn't bad, it was alright, 3 stars from me
Very nice and friendly staff.The place is very cozy too.The food is great. The meat is soft and tasty.I really liked having the smell of charcoal on the sandwich.
Great staff and excellent food!! So glad the restaurant we were initially going to had closed their kitchen already. We ended up looking online and stumbled upon this gem. We ordered different sandwiches; including the steak ones, which are only available on certain days of the week. Everything tasted great, the food presentation was awesome, and the service very friendly and professional. We definitely got a spot to go back to whenever we're in D.C. again. Thank you, guys!! Keep up the great work.

The new guy who take the order at the fron is very rude and do not even know what is a player or a combo means.He needs more train.I will never go back here
