It's not bad but for $13 you can do much better.
The food was fine, but customer service is definitely lacking. Some friendliness goes a long way.Our food was promptly prepared, and served accurately. Overall good tasting too, but I likely wouldn’t return due to the lack of friendly staff.
The staff was rude, said they were closed fifteen minutes before closing time, and nearly knocked down my kid impatiently slinging tables through the doorway. Probably dodged a bullet, because if they don't care about people, they probably don't care about what they're feeding them.
Good food and decent price
They might as well close this place down or hire a completely new staff. I've never experienced such rude customer service before. The little girl who took my order was on her phone the entire time texting with the nastiest attitude possible, which is crazy because she said like maybe 5 words to me. She didn't give me a receipt or offer me one so I never knew I was waiting for a number to be called. Long story short my food sat there for like ten minutes until they called the actual order out. When I got my food I was disgusted. My tacos were literally so soggy the bag was dripping with juice. I was visiting so I'm never going back regardless but no one else should have to experience that. If you hate your life please don't work around people you have to interact with.
Unprofessional, unfriendly, horrible service and food. The employees taking our order was not paying attention and entered the wrong food. When I explained that they made a mistake they made fun of the situation and us with the other workers and made us feel uncomfortable!We could not eat the food and did not want to talk to the employees again. Will never go to this chain anywhere!
Burritos are heavy on the rice, light on everything else. Kids meals are pretty good deals. Probably won't return. You can do better at Chipotle, Baja Fresh, Moe's, or Qdoba.Staff were great and very friendly.

Stopped at the food court. The stand was clean. The Bowl was good. The 2 taco's were very good. However, the screaming chicken taco was so soaked and sat while Korean taco was being prepared. The result was it fell apart upon picking up. This could have caused a mess and ruined my day if it went all over me. Lay off the fluids. Tortillas and water don't mix. healthier choice than most in court. Fresh.
