The brunch was good and the staff was VERY attentive. Typical Georgetown prices.

I’m writing this as someone who had great expectations for this restaurant. I dine frequently in the Georgetown area, and Peacock Cafe which is right next door has amazing service, great food, and an overall good atmosphere. We made reservations, and the waiter had us wait a while to be seated. The waiters and the hosts in the restaurant were not welcoming, and would cut you off mid-sentence to tend to something else. We waited for over an hour and when our entrees came, my order was wrong. I understand that servers have to tend to other tables, but I would’ve appreciated to be checked on at least to compensate for everything else going on. My recommendation: find another place

Quite nice italian restaurant. Nice food, nice environment. The staff could be a little bit more friendly. The entrance to the toilets needs some attention.

Excellent food, but it is high priced. As a starter the grilled Calamari and then the fish risotto. Both dishes have been worth every penny. Very well prepared. The waiter was very attentive and had good advices. The Pinot Grigio went very well with the fish. The sweet among us should try the Tiramisu it is really a perfect desert for an Italian Lunch.

This restaurant is top notch. From the service, to the food. Everything was impeccable. All of their pasta his homemade in house. The portions are generous, and every meal is cooked to perfection.Fine dining at it's best! Our waiter was Umberto. He makes you feel like family from the minute he meets you. If you're ever in Georgetown this is the place to eat.

I had a business meal at end of March which was a great atmosphere. Lionel Richie was in the back room having a get-together which was really interesting. The food and atmosphere were crowded and happening. I went there with my wife the second week of April and it wasn't as nice - seemed less appealing and the food was not as good. However, it was still a very nice meal and atmosphere. There is parking across the street which closes at 9. A better option is a parking garage to the left of the restaurant which is open 24/7. Too bad there wasn't valet parking at the restaurant.

Made reservations for a pre-theater dinner on an early Friday evening. While the restaurants had many open tables, we were seated in likely the worse seat near the bar with very heavy traffic. Music is loud and makes conversation for a senior couple a bit difficult. Many couples came after us and were seated in better locations. Orders were taken and bread served but table had no napkins which we had to request. Started with Fiori de Zucca (soggy), main a Cafe Milano pizza and Ippoglosso (halibut) with a arugula salad. Halibut was perfect but arugula salad was just that arugula. Service was professional. There are a lot of restaurant staff in suits wandering around. This was an average meal and very disappointing. There are many other Italian restaurants that have atmosphere and finer foods in Georgetown. Parking next door $12.00 for two hours.

The pizza was so watery that everything slid right off. The steak was hard on the outside and medium rare was cooked medium well. I don’t think the A team is working the lunch shift.. The burrata was delicious. The wine menu is great. The service is attentive and very knowledgeable.

It's... OK. Not the worst. Not the best.Olive Garden quality food with the prices of a 5-star fine dining establishment. Waiter was not rude... but was also not the friendliest either... if you know what I mean. The desert was brought out in a jar... like I understand you guys wanna be creative and artistic but come on... just give me the piece of cake on a dish - but maybe that's the peasant in me talking.

Café Milano is still a classic pick for D.C. restaurant-goers. This place has stood the test of time and is definitely recognized for consistent quality and posh environment!I took my sister here for an early Birthday/ Bridal outing and we had such a Lovely experience! All Staffmembers are helpful and pleasant! Everyone from the friendly Host, the charismatic Bartender, the knowledgeable Server to the accommodating support staff- treated us like we were important. Food was incredible! I loved that each pasta dish offered was named after prestigious Italian Designers like Versace, Cavalli, and Gucci! The dirty martinis were perfectly executed- which is an art in itself! Why has Café Milano has managed to withstand the rampant-changing Restaurant World? It is obvious that Taste and Class never go out of style!
