So at 1030pm I wanted to place a order via telephone to pick up my food. I called numerous of times to place and order but no one picked up my calls. So after being frustrated I decided to just go in person to place and order to go. When I arrived I noticed there was trash on the floor by the front desk area with several employees walking past the litter with no regards to pick it up with customers inside. So I asked 3 employees if the phone works and they said yes. I then proceeded to call and noticed the phone did work however no one decided to pick up the phone (you will see the reason why) so I said whatever and just placed my order to go after placing my order to go and having a seat by the front door. 11p rolls around the staff tells security to secure through doors from customers entering but can exit. They said they aren't taking anymore orders nor are they allowing anymore customers in to be seated. I was a bit baffled at this because the signs posted stated they close at 12am and not 11pm. After seeing all these reviews I decided to write my own experience but I also noticed its an on going situation with this location with consistent bad reviews with no changes occurring. Employees here not in appropriate uniform ( sagging jeans/holes in clothing/flip flops) trash on the floor/ poor customer service. I will not be coming back to this location and wouldn't recommend.

While on vacation we ordered from this location. The food itself tasted fine, which is why I’m leaving a 3 star instead of lower. When our bag was delivered, the receipt clearly showed our order correctly but we were missing all of the ranch, veggies, and forks for the boneless wings. As a business owner myself, I usually have sympathy for mistakes, and chalk it up to Sh!t happens sometimes. But given the reviews for this store, this seems to be the norm. I don’t see many complaints about the cooking, but it sounds like they need a new front of house.

I had a horrible experience with the restaurant.-no server greets you-they walk around you but never ask if you need to be seated-had to wait 30 min to speak to a server even after I seated myself and flagged that I need a glass of water before ordering-a server asked me to use the scan code to order- once ordered, I had to wait and ask several servers to know when the food will arrive- the burger was ok, but the fries were stale-even when I ordered and put my credit card by scanning the code, the payment didn’t go thru.- the manager was helpful but he should either retrain or refresh his entire crewI do not recommend this place!!!

Both times I came here, the food came out cold. The first time it wasn’t even busy, but this most recent time it seemed a bit understaffed…. Yesterday, we weren’t even greeted by the hostess, she walked up and said, “all that’s open is bar seating,” & sat us at a dirty table. After waiting over an hour for wings and fries and 30 mins for a beer refill (that never came), we received someone else’s order which we had to send back. Finally after over an hour wait & still not getting refills we ordered, all 3 of us got cold wings and cold fries. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else for food. Have never seen a franchise restaurant miss the mark so badly twice in a row.

I've disliked this place for so many months. But I think they got new management. They are reliable once again. Whatever changed, Thank you. I can place my order and be confident when I arrive and not wait another 20 minutes. Give them another shot.

I definitely believe in second chances... But third and fourth chances are harder to come by. I have ordered from this location four times... Four. EACH time, there was something wrong with my order at pickup. Every time, it was not having any of my dipping sauces and/or veggies. The person at the takeout counter needs to make sure that these items are placed in the bags. I just ordered again and will be picking up soon. Perhaps if they get it right this time, I may bump up a star. Only time will tell. But I'll probably start ordering elsewhere since it's ridiculous that I can't get one positive experience.EDIT: So this last time they actually got it correct. So I'll keep my word and add another star.

Poor Service the worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever been to. Staying in DC went 1 day was bad went a 2nd day thinking just a bad nite sucked again. Employees lazy sitting around not taking care of customers but drawing pay checks . Overall not a good restaurant to represent Buffalo Wild Wings

Overall there’s a 99% chance your order will be wildly off the mark. But there’s one shining light here at Buffalo Wild Wings at the Navy Yard in DC, Kirk. He always greets customers with a wide grin, manners and an abundance of positivity. While most of the staff here is fighting one anther, Kirk is making patrons day a little bit better with his unwavering optimism. I keep coming back here for two reasons; cheap beer and Kirk. Buffalo Wild Wings give my man a bonus! He deserves every penny of it.

They were extremely busy and my order was messed, which is understandable for the volume of people in there. I called and spoke with the manager and Kirk was very accommodating. I will definitely go back. Just not when there's a baseball game.

Great service food and drinks!!! Also a great location to watch the fight!!! Let’s go!!!Update…. Came back, big mistake, waited an hour and a half for 30 wings. 40 mins for a beer. When the food came out I still had to remind the server about the rest of my food that was forgotten. All this while March madness is going on. Terrible night.
