Ordered the falafel bowl. Tasted like freezer burn, was dry like it was left in the fridge for a week. Thought it was maybe just a one-off, but a colleague had a different bowl and said it was terrible, also.
Located in food court area of the Spy Museum, which is super convenient. I had the New York Rueben which was as you would expect.
Terrible selection and quality of deli meats. Food preparers do not wear masks. They had huge attitudes! I won’t go back. Ever.
Pretty solid breakfast and more reasonably priced than some of the other places my husband and I tried in the city. We went here twice because it was next to our hotel. Not very busy at 9am on Wednesday or Monday. They cook the eggs right in front of you, though bacon and potatoes are on warming trays. It's simple and straightforward food and very convenient!
Visiting from out of town it seems like the majority of this place is business might be takeout. Once I explained I wanted to dine in the staff were wonderful and helpful. They make a very good farmers breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the potatoes. I almost had the place completely to myself at 9:00 a.m. on a Thursday.
If I could have given zero stars I would. Absolutely, the most disappointing salad bar I have encountered in a long time. I was recommended to try here, and I should have followed my instincts and proceeded to Chopt salad. First, the staff is not pleasant, then the lady who prepared my salad today was not helpful, and spoke Spanish throughout the process of making my salad with an attitude. Lastly the food items was just thrown in the bowl with no patience or focus. Omg I was so irritated, and salad dressing is extra according to their amount desires for you. Not coming back.
Really good and pretty affordable. Wife and I had breakfast for $20. Croissant was delicious!

BEWARE of the blonde lady at the register, she tries to add extra charges to your tab. I've caught her doing this twice now and questioned her about it! They are overpriced, the food is bland and choices are very limited. Also the cheap to go boxes they use are TRASH, the lids don't stay on and you have to be careful or you'll easily drop your food. As much money as they charge for the food, they should be able to afford some quality containers.
