Went to this place for happy hour with a few friends. I tried the raw and cooked oysters. Both were pretty good, I also ordered a rum punch which was tasty but strong. When I went it wasn’t really packed however the space was pretty tight and I found that the person I was sitting next to at the bar we kept bumping into each other because of how close the chairs were placed.
We had a lovely dinner here. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the cocktails were delicious. We started with the seafood tower. I had a lobster roll and my wife had the shrimp po boy. All were fantastic, as was the service. I can't wait to go back.
Service was excellent. Food tasted good
Service was excellent! Staff was friendly! Food was wonderful!
Outstanding food in a perfectly-balanced atmosphere. We enjoyed every single bite. The oyster apps were delicious, as were the mussels and clam linguine. We would go back, for sure.
My first time there. Had peel and eat shrimp for appetizer. The shrimp was so fresh, like it was straight out of the ocean! I'm not a tartar sauce fan, but my daughter convinced me to try it.. Glad I did! It was light and not overly sweet which was perfect for me. I absolutely loved the cod sandwich and fries. My daughter also convinced me to have the rum punch. She knows I dont like rum, but I tried it... had 2! Excellent food, drinks, and service. Will b back!
Brine is certainly the place to go even for those who normally don’t eat seafood. I, as a vegetarian, found myself enjoying an exquisite veggie-based entrée and main dish while my friend who usually stays away from any kind of seafood was truly surprised by the delicious clam chowder and crabcake. Would come here again! And a special thanks to our waiter Andrew.
Wonderful place with great food. It’s a tight space, but all around fantastic dining. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with eye contact and a very friendly (and handsome) face. Once sat we ordered 12 “happy” raw oysters that were AMAZING. After the app, I had the shrimp po boy and my mom had the steamed mussels. Both dishes, while a little pricy, were delicious and fresh, you could tell. We ended up talking to the owner who also owns the restaurant next door. Very charismatic man and takes a lot of pride in his business, you get the sense of love and passion in his craft for cooking. He told us about an area in SW MD where he gets his oysters hand delivered by people he knows and sources directly from water to boat to kitchen. Food was lovely, staff was even more lovely.
Food is absolutely delicious, would recommend the popcorn shrimp and you can’t go wrong with the oysters. The brunch deal they have is a must try. Service was awesome too.
Did the unlimited brunch. Decent bloodies. Champagne was a little sweet but okay. Glasses never empty. Oysters varied from amazing to okay. Oyster cleaning could have been better (some had lots of sand). Apps weren't my style, lots of butter, but if you like that type of buttery thing, you'll like it. Fair price for what you got.
