The ice cream flavour selection is pretty limited and the flavours available in the tubs and as scoops are different. Not ideal, but still ok. But the staff is the absolute worst. One guy serving was probably high and in no state to work. Asked us if we were ready three times in thirty seconds. Then his colleague came over and harassed us. Really bad experience. Get your ice-cream elsewhere.
horrible service. Employees are extremely racist. I arrived at Ben and Jerry's at 9:47 pm. A red haired lady denied my family from entering because it was "closing time". The shop closes at 10 pm. There's already tons of people in line. We leave and walk back to see she let a white family get in line.If you know there is a lot of people coming to Ben and Jerry's change the hours. Close around 11:30 if you know people really like the ice cream. To all people of color beware, employees will deny you from going in but let the white family behind you go in. I feel so insulted.
I love I've cream... I haven't had Ben and Jerry in a long time. Well... It was a disappointment. This place doesn't hold a candle to Handel’s. I guess we are spoiled in California. But for the price... I had much higher expectations. This place was expensive and the portions tiny. Would not recommend at all. Cheaper to buy a pint at the store.
Ok. I’m a B&J’s fan, almost a groupie. So I was thrilled to see the sign and didn’t mind the line. So it sucked that my only choice was to get my fave Cherry Garcia in the pre-packed pint, but chocolate is a worthy replacement…Then I screwed up and added chocolate sprinkles. They were a bit off. I mean, it was good chocolate ice cream, but it didn’t quite live up to B&J’s.Folks were working hard and pretty efficiently but I also was a little a bit grossed out by the non-service dog in the line and the freezer case (see 3rd pic).
Very helpfull man behind the counter. We purchased icecream via a Groupon deal and he made sure we were served in a very neat way. Amazing icecream. We will be back!
Long line on a Saturday night but the service was fast and friendly once we got inside. Typical Ben & Jerry’s location but I found this location to be super expensive (9 something dollars for a large iced cream in a cone).
They provided good service at the end of the night staying open a little after closing time to provide us with ice cream! Only downer was that all the flavors listed were not available. But otherwise, we were glad to get what we could!
Ice cream is $7 to $12 a person. A bit pricey but a very nice treat. We all loved our ice cream and staff was great.
So expensive, you should just buy it from the grocery stores because the flavours offered were generic (unlike the flavour variety in the stores)
A beautiful spot to have excellent ice cream. The manager, Aaron, is an absolute joy to interact with. I could stay and talk Ben & Jerry's ice cream with him for an hour - I appreciate him being willing to spend 20+ minutes with me before I even ordered. Incredibly kind service and delicious flavors - exactly what makes Ben & Jerry's the best!
