Love this place! Good food. Good music. Good vibes. I actually had my birthday dinner here last year.I've liked just about everything I've tried here, but if you like fish and a little spice, get the the fish escovitch! AMAZING. And honestly, it's shareable for two unless you're wanting leftovers...In general the food portions are generous. If you're not sure what to get, I recommend ordering a few dishes for the table to share!Also, get the frozen drinks. I got the guava daiquiri and piña colada mix. Seriously sooo good.I'll be back! ❤️❤️❤️
This place is dope, great atmosphere, drinks ? are nice. Food well cooked..the staffs are friendly..the music ? is A1 literally I just wanted to get up and dance lol. I just wish the employees could wear something that says bammy's tho because when I walked in I couldn't tell who's who, other than that place is dope fr fr. I recommend to anyone around DMV
The venue/atmosphere is absolutely amazing. We came by because it was so nice outside and sitting on the water was beautiful. The service was excellent — everyone was so friendly and it was such a nice touch that the chef came and said hi before we started eating. The cocktails were unique and really solid. The food was overall good, but there were a couple things we wouldn’t order again. The spicy cheese was a standout and elevated with the sauce it was served with. Great place to spend a Friday night!
Been here twice & the jerk chicken meal was good. The food comes in large portions for a good price, the second time I went I had the curry goat meal, that meal was not all that I’m not sure what ingredients they use but curry is yellow not brown. Also the curry meal was like curry soup, hardly any meat & no bones would not recommend that meal…. Also be mindful they take very long to bring your food after you order this is on weekends. Make sure you make a reservation this spot is very small and always crowded on weekends.
Fantastic meal. The jerk chicken was cooked perfectly and so tender. The curry goat was spicy and meat was very tender. I would absolutely return to try other menu items. Well done Bammy’s
Food is DELICIOUS! Drinks are great! Atmosphere is so cute! Loved, loved, loved going here for happy hour.They have one or two dollars off select specialty cocktails ($8-10), and a few food items on happy hour. I got the jerk sandwich ($9), and it was SO amazing. It is a must try item. My friend got the conch fritters, which were good.
This place is for people who don’t like seasoning we visited here my family & I true authentic Jamaicans. We ordered curry goat & it tasted like LAMB Def a NO NO. The fish was pretty good. The chef then told us Americans do not like spicy food authentic Jamaican food is flavorful and spicy. The manager then tried to say he knows for sure its not lamb. Manager was was very rude pack up 0/10

Great selection of authentic Jamaican food, especially for those homesick Yardies. The chef is from Jamaica and knows his stuff! Couldnt reccomend this place more
Big chunes playing in this place. Pain killers is the best drink. Conch fritters were tasty. The jerk wing sauce was on the side. I would preferred it on the wings.Carribean drink was water down. Our waitress was friendly.The site needs to update it's website. It states 5pm but it opens earlier.Next time we'll try dinner.
