The food was meh, the drinks seemed watery. The atmosphere inside was nice.

We had so much fun celebrating my daughter’s birthday there. Wonderful staff and great food.

We got the queso and quacomole to start which both tastes chemically. We were charged extra for drinks because only the first refill is free which wasn't specified on the menu. The shrimp in our fajitas were cooked with the tails on. Lastly, our party of 6 was seated at a table meant for 4 so there was no room for the plates. Definitely not a place to go if you are hungry.

I made an outdoor reservation, but was told when I got there that outdoor tables were first come first serve. It probably wouldn't have bothered me if the the person who greeted me wasn't so argumentative about it. In any case, you should take the outdoor option off of their reservations.

Overall: this spot reminds me of the types of restaurants you’d find on Ocean Drive, Times Square, etc… tourist traps.Pros:- Food was fine.- Fun atmosphere.Cons:- If you make a reservation on open table, call to confirm because they don’t seem to honor reservations from there like other restaurants would.- Portions are small and prices are high. Like I know it’s Georgetown, but still.- Double check your bill for discrepancies.- Tip is included and it’s likely more than you’d tip here.- Drinks didn’t seem to have a lot of alcohol, which for the price tag seemed unfair.I’m not going back.

Our server was incredible. He quickly served a party of 18 that he didn’t know was coming. He was very friendly and communicated well with the group. This was the first time i ever wanted to willingly tip more than 20%.

Fabulous place mainly due to the amazing madiger from Georgia - Tega? He was incredible to customers and had a great relationship with staff. We will definitely go back often.

Unfortunately, not worth the price and the food quality wasn't all that great. $15 for what is billed as 'table-side guacamole' for a small thing of chips and what seems like something out of a tostitos jar... The salsa for the table had a similar vibe... My actual meal was not impressive either, especially for the higher than average cost ($17- $21 for a burrito). The quality of the food actually wound up dominating our discussion during dinner... and not for good reasons. The server was nice, but we closed our bill quickly and pledged to not come back, it just wasn't worth it. We don't leave reviews often, but during dinner felt we needed to as a public service. The drink I ordered was nice, but again, steep for a DC cocktail, and not competitive with places around. A real bummer as I wanted to try this place for a while after passing by a few times, but there are just better options around for both quality and price.

Food is tasty. Nothing to complain there. However, the portions are not too big and therefore too expensive. Also the service was bad, they were very unfriendly. They discussed with us harshly for 15min because they didn’t want to allow us to split the bill (15 guests, come on). They also chose the tip and already integrated it into the bill, and when I was asking about it they said in a very unfriendly tone “it’s already printed, they can’t change it”. They whole meal was overshadowed by the attitude of the waiters. Won’t go again

This is a hard review to write. We were grateful for the restaurant for accomodating the size of our party, but wish that the experience had been better. This was the only location we could find in the area that would accomodate our large party in a fluid manner. We knew that some people needed to eat early because they had a sitter, but others were coming after work, etc. so it was not possible to get everyone there at the same time. All other restaurants required everyone to be there at one time in order to seat us with just a 10 minute grace period. That said, it felt like they were out of EVERYTHING! They didn't have sangria (it is on the menu), iced tea, soda, or ceviche. Essentially, your choice of drink was water or a margarita. I'll rate the food as decent. Our party of 15 had mixed reviews of the food commenting between good and greasy. The waiter and busboy were good, but there was an older man who acted as though we were an inconvenience. He was quite loud and seemed to be in charge. He got angry with us toward the end as people were leaving because some wanted to pay for their meals and leave. He wanted it all on one card. My guidance to the restaurant would be to make that clear when a large party makes a reservation. At the end of the day, the restaurant lost out on a lot of revenue from our table. Imagine how much larger that bill would have been had we all been able to enjoy some sangria? Again, grateful for the space to be able to gather with friends, but wish the experience had been better.
