I really wanted to like it more than I did. The tuna and shrimp were very, very cold, which caused them both to have less flavor than they should have had. The white rice would've been far better as sushi rice so it would've clumped together better and had a better taste. And restaurant has no restroom, which means you inconveniently must find somewhere else to go after drinking the big bottle of water purchased from right here.
First time visiting for takeout in Dupont. It was the great vibe, perfect explanation, and tasty cauliflower rice for me. My poke bowl is literally balanced with all the best flavors. The miso soup was perfect for my travel home and well seasoned for miso. Don't hate, appreciate.

I see many reviews with bad customer service. Maybe its a hit or miss but for me the service was just fine.I ordered the medium sized poke bowl with brown rice, tuna, samurai sauce, and all toppings except jalapeños and avocado. The ingredients seemed fresh. The flavor was okay. Maybe it was the sauce I got. I’ve gotten poke bowls from other places and they seemed to be more unique and flavorful. Regardless, this place was decent and I wouldn’t mind coming back if I ever needed a quick bite.

One of the worst Poke I tried. For $10 We get a baby size portion and half of the items were missing from my online order. Taste was disgusting. Will not come back for sure and don’t recommend to others
They forgot to put the protein in my order. Walked home 20 minutes. Get home no protein. Called to complain Rony say “yes we remember putting the protein on the bowl Come back and show us we didn’t put it on..”I’m sorry this is just ridiculous.. I’m not gonna walk 40 minutes at this point I just want a refund because I didn’t get what I paid for. They refused. Your ridiculous manager Rony is probably so high she can’t probably remember what day is today.. worst customer service.. if I were to scam anyone it wouldn’t be for a ten dollar bowl. Amazing! The food is wonderful and the staff is amazing! I've been going to Aloha Poki almost everyday for a few months now, and the I get the same AMAZING quality every time. I would definitely recommend you try it out, beacause there is something you definitely will like.
Overpriced: The regular bowls are small and don't include much fish.Low quality: They're very heavy-handed on the sauce. My rice was soggy.Poor service and logistics: I ordered for pick-up and still had to wait in a long line outside. Staff are unhelpful.I visited twice (second time by accident), both 1-star experiences.
