Aaah! This place was a mood! We went during the happy hour. Great food, great place. Both the “Standard “ pizza and the mushroom onion pizza was so yum. The best part is the crust. And for apps we ordered the cauliflower. I don’t want to eat cauliflower in any other way now ?
Bottomless brunch drinks were great and well priced. The food was fresh and service was great.
Stopped today for a birthday brunch. We've never been here before so I checked out the menu online ahead of time and I made reservations ahead of time.... The menu is not ? up to date. The bottomless options are limited to mimosas ? and spritzers for 90mins. The pizza ? was good. The blt + e was great on focaccia bread ?. The Nutella banana bread was tasty. The cold brew was more bitter than expected, just my opinion I like fru fru coffee so I added milk and sugar. The staff was great ? our server was so sweet and brought out a birthday doughnut ? with a candle, how CUTE?! Overall a good spot for brunch, I was only slightly disappointed in the bottomless drink options in comparison to the online menu. It is also in a great walking area, head to the DC Alley Art Museum to explore.
Sunday brunch… we are not even done being here yet and this place is AAHHHMAZING! We had Baked Eggs ‘Toscana’, Buona Pizza and the Double Stuffed Fried Mozz to start.. let’s not even talk about the ‘Bottomless Mimosas’ which were never empty. Then top it all off the Roman ‘Maritozzi’ for a little piece of dessert heaven. We sat at the bar and the service was more than exceptional, great music in the background as well.If visiting like we are.. you must stop in! Hell if you live here you need to frequent!
Fabulous experience from the moment I walked by at the end of a conference day. Prompt, attentive, and friendly staff asked immediately whether I wanted my water sparkling. When I ordered without any customizations, Jeb nonetheless verified I had no allergies. And no exaggeration - the pizza was the best of my life! Grateful.
Nice atmosphere. A little bit expensive (20 dollars a pizza), but the pizza is really good, worths the visit. The bread with garlic butter is amazing!
Interesting little pizza spot. Interesting appetizers, the garlic knots and chicken parm-type balls were a must. Very professional staff, quite upscale as well. Was willing to serve non-alcoholic cocktails, which was a plus.Did have a bit of an issue, however, when a friend ordered a pizza without mushrooms (he was allergic), and it came out with lots of mushrooms. Was most likely just a mistake, which we all make, but still shows a lack of attentiveness. Overall would recommend!
Good food, good service.. little expensive but normal for DC. 20% service automatically added and is on the menu.
Always great food and service. Latest was a delivery order in which a beverage leaked on some of our food. We called just to see about a refund for what was damaged. They comped it and brought us replacements, along with a free appetizer. Boundary Stone and Red Hen are also class acts. A really great group—we appreciate them and are even bigger fans now.
We have always loved the food but the service tonight was incredible. We ordered delivery but unfortunately my aperol spritz pouch leaked all over the food. I called and there was no effort on my part. The manager immediately offered a refund and replacement. He even delivered it himself. And threw in an appetizer. Definitely an amazing place! Highly recommend.
