We visited here for a very late lunch after returning from Arlington. We hadn't;t had lunch so we popped in here as it was situated right next to our hotel. When we arrived there was not much left as the shop had been open for a while and all the famous home made pies were sold out. This shop seems to make everything fresh, and if you're not there early others will beat you to the wares. the little one had a triple chocolate cake, mum had apple pie and I had blueberry pie. We sat at a long wooden table in the middle of the shop, close to a family who were also visiting. The pies were definitely home made, you can really taste the difference. We had a coffee and three bottles of pop too. The bill came to just over $30. The pies were terrific and the crusts won't be found on something from your local supermarket. For those who like home coking, its a place you definitely want to bring your mum.
Stopped in to grab a quick bite and was flabbergasted by how wonderful the service was. The food was absolutely excellent, but the service made a memorable experience. Incredible food!
I was staying nearby in DC and it took 3 visits to this place in their advertised hours to even find the door unlocked. I was then told they have apple pie and baklava but nothing else; no savory pies at all. Really disappointing after all the good reviews here.
Great food and customer service! Although we came here later in the day around 2 o’clock, the food was delicious! The homemade pies are amazing and the soup was original!
Hands down delish! Everything is made fresh daily from scratch. I had soup & cheese pie. It danced in your mouth.
Fabulous food, great coffee & lovely people. Was a great find while walking around. Best baklava I’ve had in many years! Even remembered how to say thank in Greek! σας ευχαριστώ ?

Best experience ever!!! Just enjoyed a huge plate of gyro and Greek salad while spending time with my family. Best place ever to eat, awesome taste, huge portions and I don’t know the price because it was so good I just paid for whatever she rung up. I’d go there for dinner but I have so much of my plate left I don’t need to.
The customer service was absolute amazing. This is the most welcoming place I’ve ever been too. Time was especially, hospitable. The food was amazing. Portioning was even more than I expected, which is a plus. Clean, fresh, and all around great establishment. 10/10 recommend.
