Great place with great deals and really good food options. Really glad we had bottomless brunch there, it was totally worth it!
I was excited for some Tex-Mex after going to the National Zoo. When we arrived I was shocked at the non Tex-Mex decor and lackluster furnishings but decided to give the food a chance. I tried the empanadas and were pleasantly surprised. My husband and I decided we were actually in the mood for salmon and it was delicious! The lava cake was decent but I've had better. Overall a good experience and appreciated the discount when we mentioned we heard about them at the Zoo.
Went here yesterday for this event and was told that bottomless happy hour ended at 8pm, even though itâs advertised on their Instagram flyer as ending at 9pm. I arrived at 7:20pm for my reservation at 7:30pm. I sat myself at the table with the reserved card with my name on it. I wasnât greeted or said a word to by a single staff member until I actively asked when we would have a waiterâs attention until around 7:50pm. Needless to say it was a busy time and one staff member told us there was a backup in the kitchen and they had new staff but it was the lack of customer service for me. Yeah youâre backed up and itâs a tough day, but you can greet folks as they walk in and let me know whatâs going on from the beginning. It was a mess. Only the tables with white people were being tended to and my party left at 8pm without water or drinks being served at that point. They did bring a basket of chips and salsa and those were good but they didnât make up for the way my party was treated. We went to @laredodcrestaurant down the street and they accommodated us with no problem and treated us with respect even though they were backed up too! We had drinks and just a better experience overall. Itâs a shame because the food looked really good at 3321, but the attitude of the staff counts just as much as the food itself. I really could make this at home but I took the time to make a reservation, coordinate with friends, metro and drive to this place after work to be treated like wallpaper? Wonât be spending my hard earned coins at any establishments that do this.
Went here for cinco de mayo and they were totally unprepared. It took 30 min for the first set of drinks and they were so WEAK, Raul tequila, but you couldnât taste a drop. The bar tender said âlet me make them personally for youâ after the second order came out weak and never returned until we left. Our food order never came after being there for 2 hours. We were told they have new waitresses, not sure how that correlates to the kitchen. It really felt like being an uninvited guest, no one really greeted us or checked in⦠always had to flag ppl down and it was not packed. Several tables ended up leaving. Lastly the water they gave was opaque, the chips were stale, and the salsa was nasty⦠very disappointed.
Had a delicious veggie quesadilla! Courteous service and nicely decorated/clean. Highly recommend
Really great place overall, we had a very enjoyable bottomless brunch here.We started with some virgin pina coladas and they were decent, not as good as mine but fine :)The tapas style brunch was good overall, some great items and some just ok. The standout was their crisp and succulent empanadas with a delicious dipping sauce. Their patatas bravas were spicy and tender with just the right crispness. The Mexican omelette was just ok, but I enjoyed the accompanying salsa. The huevos rancheros was good, mostly the flavor of the beans was what I enjoyed.Service was friendly and attentive. Place was spacious enough, a little dimly lit but still warm in terms of vibe.
I do not recommend.I went for bottomless with a group for someone’s birthday. The food was good but each tiny plate took 45 minutes to come. The drinks each round of bottomless took 30 to come. We were there for 4 hours because the food and drinks did not come out. They are intensely understaffed. Our waiter was nice and tried but this was a horrible experience. I paid for bottomless food and drinks and left very hungry. I don’t even have a strong appetite but in 4 hours I was only served 3 drinks, 2 empanadas and a two tiny pieces of yuca. This was so disappointing. Maybe order for pickup but do not go for brunch.Edit: this is after the owner first replied:We paid $46.67 per person not 19. We stayed so long because our food took 45 minutes per small tapa plate. We set timers between each round of food and it was ridiculous. We also took photos between each round cause of how long in between each were. It was clearly a understaffed problem. The food was good but it was such a bad experience overall and a waste of time and money.
This is my third time trying this place and I have not been disappointed. Great food, drinks, and music. Just tried their bottomless brunch today and I would highly recommend! You will not go wrong with choosing this hidden gem! 10/10
Best part about this place is the wonderful staff! So kind and attentive. Of course the food is amazing and the brunch is so fun. Another Cleveland park hidden gem.
This is place is excellent. The food is to die for and the drinks are on point! I highly recommend this place for brunch and/or for an evening chill spot for good food and music.
