The customer service is A1 and the food outstanding.Everything is tender and tasty you will not regret it. The price reasonable for some bomb a** BBQ. I usually get the trinity Texas platter which is enough for two. ALL I CAN SAY IS THIS BY FAR THE BEST BBQ I EVER HAD IN TOWN. Both locations Riverdale and DC Union Market are delicious. Real smoked BBQ.
Everything from the mango salad, pulled pork with the BBQ sauce and crunchy pork belly on top was so delicious. Very flavorful and satisfying!!
I don’t have the right words to the describe the flavors in these meets… from the taste, the juiciness are AMAZING! And don’t get me started with the customer service, everybody is friendly and polite. The place looks clean and neat clean. I really liked the design inside the place. It is definitely WORTH IT! Can’t wait to go back.
This was thee absolute worst food I’ve ever tasted. The Brisket was fatty. The briskets were dry the potato salad tasted like a jar of pickle juice. The sausage was just……The food was flavorless. The trinity platter for two was not for two. The only thing I ate was the Mac n cheese and cornbread. A waste of money. The only reason I left one star was so I could write this review. The worst bbq I've ever had. We had the trinity platter and we didn't enjoy any of it. The brisket was very fatty, didn't care for the ribs at all, the mac n cheese lacked flavor and the brisket beans were a bit on the dry side. This definitely isn't Texas style bbq & the impression it left on us isn't a good one.
Very greasy spareribs with little meat. Brisket fatty. Probably worst ribs I've ever eaten. Sides not bad but definitely not worthy of distinction
This place was awesome. $21 for a 3 meat sampler, brisket, pulled pork, and sausage with 2 sides that was really delicious. Meat was juicy, I'm usually not a fan of sausage but it had allot of flavor. Very generous portion. This location is inside of union market and is usually pretty busy. But you get your order pretty quick, well worth the 10 min wait or so. Highly recommend!
The worst. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and Michelle the rib platter. A lot of meat but no flavor and it was quite expensive. The sauce was OK.I don't see how it's Voted No. 1 BBQ place. In my opinion don't waste your money. Go to DC SMOKEHOUSE instead.
Very good brisket sand which but the baked beans not so good cornbread amazing but make sure you ask for a lot of butter
Holy Texas Trinity! Incredible sampler of mouth-watering brisket, succulent and spicy sausage, and tender pulled pork with two ramekins of sweet and spicy bbq sauce. But wait, there's more: two mini sides of your choosing (the Mac n Cheese and potato salad were delish), plus pickles and onions. And toast. I never made it to the toast. Absolutely epic bbq.
