Associate was extremely arrogant and oven was closed two hours before closing time.

this Starbucks has been useless by management or anyone big of power in the Starbucks company with dealing with a racist female customer who constantly is harassing one of their employees who is a black male. He has been getting stalked and harassed by her. he fears for his life and this starbucks is routinely letting this happen. disgusting!

This is the newest SBUX in the area and it still has some issues.Namely, very slow service and staff that doesn’t want to be there. It’s not great to hear the staff complaining non-stop about how much they don’t want to be there when you’re waiting for your coffee.Otherwise, its a standard starbucka. Drive thru is a plus.

Extremely rude and incompetent staff and slow and unprofessional service! Just save your time and energy and go to a different Starbucks.

Not a corporate Starbucks, meaning you can’t call in on-the-go orders, use your rewards card, or get your free birthday drink. If you’re expectinga Starbucks that’s in the 21st century like the rest of us, look elsewhere.

Understaffed—waited in a line and no employees acknowledged our existence until the woman in front of me in line asked someone “are you even open?”. We were in plain sight but the employees acted as though we weren't there. They explained that someone was in training and another person was off the clock; however, I think customers (myself included) would have felt happier with the experience is they simply acknowledged us and explained the circumstances instead of ignoring us.
