You allow the mistreatment and harassment of black employees and welcome customers that hurl racial slurs at them? Disgusting.

Good drinks, but really long wait.

Seen this place on Social media and Jill and Emily or whomever need to be fired ! Them knowing about an employee being harassed for a year with racial slurs n still did nothing about it . Smh . Fire them immediately @Starbuck!

Jill kicked me out for calling her a Columbus cadet but not Karen screaming the N word. ?

Nobody should have to walk into this store and be able to use any racial slur they please. Nobody should have to work in this environment without protection from vulgar customers using racial slurs. People like Jill are in a position to prevent and protect her employees as well as show Starbucks core values but Jill has failed to do that for over a year creating an extremely toxic work environment at this location. Starbucks, you need to touch base with Jill for racial sensitivity training as well as obvious consequences for ignoring the harassment her employees have faced in her store. I am extremely disappointed that Starbucks hires people like Jill. Nobody should be targeted for their race and harassed over and over again while Jill stands and watches.

Starbucks needs to re-up on racial sensitivity training. Incident could’ve been EASILY been avoided but the manager Jill apparently even after knowing for a YEAR still wasn’t concerned for the safety and well-being of her employees. Extremely disappointed. Jill if you ever read this you a c*nt

Really wanted to enjoy this beautiful location, but the store is poorly managed. Staff is mistreated and it is clear Starbucks needs to re-up on racial sensitivity training. Overheard a conversation about the manager not caring that a Black employee was being called racial slurs. It was a lot of yelling and disruption. Very uncomfortable and not what I’d want from my coffee shop in the morning.

Starbucks I will no longer be purchasing or associating myself with you if you cannot get your act together and understand what this manager is doing is not OK and it’s even worse that you guys are avoiding the situation.

Jill and Emily know about documented harassment of their black employee and have done nothing to protect him. Disgusting behavior.

Horrible management. The employee that made my drink was really nice but the middle aged karen manager was being extremely rude to her employees for no reason.
