I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but this has been happening consistently at this location. Super cold interaction with barista. I felt so unwelcome and as if I was so gross to even interact with. Really upsetting as I have been enjoying their coffee for quite some time and the past few experiences have turned me off altogether. Would much rather support the Fairfield location and not step foot in this one.
Coldest staff I’ve ever experienced in a coffee shop. Coffee chains like Starbucks and Dunkin’ put Shearwater Coffee to shame. I was the only customer in the store and must have waited over 20 minutes for the barista to greet me and take my order. When the short woman behind the counter decided to acknowledge me she gave me the biggest attitude after I asked a simple question about the coffee. Coffee is mediocre at best. No chance I will ever visit this place. Save your money!
Staff is extremely unfriendly. I decided to not tip after I was treated poorly by the staff only to be looked at in disgust by the barista. Coffee is not worth $5. Will never come back here again.
Shearwater Coffee in Westport was a great experience. The coffee was fresh and the staff was really friendly. We enjoyed the Mexico blend which was on the lighter side.We’ll be repeat customers.
