Good for a burger and a shake - dogs aren't bad either. Absolutely the filthiest shake shack I've ever been to.
Incompetent staff. They seemed intoxicated and were slurring words. A customers order carton ripped and the mess was left in the middle of the pickup area for 20min.Soon after I checked with the cashier for an order placed in app and they argued belligerently about how they didn't have it. They proceeded to harass me as I left.
We really enjoyed our first meal here. We went mid week and it was not too busy. Staff was friendly, interactive, and helpful. Food was fresh and tasted great. Milkshake was a great consistency. Burger was seasoned well, and the fries are top notch.
It hurts to give only 2 stars to a place with excellent food and a great reputation!So here's why:What happened to the great customer service I've gotten at every other Shake Shack? That person who would take my order, answer my questions and generally make me feel great about picking Shake Shack for my meal. Now there we're just workers milling about in the kitchen with nobody even making eye contact... And I realized I had to step up to a screen and enter my order.That completed, I began my 35 minute wait together with the other folks who'd already been waiting 15 & 25 minutes. It quickly became clear that we were all disappointed in "where this restaurant was headed."Maybe it was just a "bad night" at this particular location. I sure hope so! ???
I don't get the hype. BUT! They serve beer. Which is more than I can say for the other burger chains. Food was prepared quickly and was a fairly tasty lunch. This parking lot is a death trap (seriously, lotta car & pedestrian accidents) so take your time and stop rushing. Have a beer instead.
I don't know why everyone loves this place. The burgers are tasteless. The fries on the other hand are awesome!
Alice was the best!!!! She helped me out with my Uber eats order and was so patient, sweet, very helpful! Very Fortunate there’s people like her in the industry who are fantastic at there job and really help! Thank you thank you Alice!
DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEIR AP! Every time the order is wrong or it does not show up at all! I tried to get help and got bounced back and forth between Uber Eats and Shake Shack. No one answers the phone and no one actually helps… If fast food is supposed to be fast and convenient, it’s quite the opposite to spend so much time chasing your order or refund.
I spent $80 in there and after waiting over 20 mins for my food they had forgotten a burger. Don’t ever go there.
