I wish I can give ‘0’ stars. The food and service is nowhere near what Joeys by the Shore was. The first time I tried them they gave me a plate of crispy burnt fries and old wilted salad with soggy cucumbers. The food was inedible. I returned the food and asked for a refund. I never did receive a refund. Two more times and again, the food was burnt and awful. The third time, we waited 45 minutes and had to request a refund and leave the beach starving. At the same time, another customer did the same refund request since she could not wait more than the 45 minutes we waited on a Wednesday afternoon for fish and chips.
Went to the restaurant with medium expectations. Left with the never going to waste my money here expectations. For $22 I got a water and 3 of the worse tacos I have ever had in my life.! Who serves a taco with 3 pieces of cod, a ounce of sour cream. An ounce of gaucamole and an ounce of pico de Gallo. Must have cost them a buck. Never GO TO.
expectations were low, this left them even lower. ordered the vegan bowl and a burger, neither were good. vegan bowl tasted like sand, they forgot the sauce, and the sweet potatoes were simply inedible(literally crunch potatoes). the burger was also pretty subpar, barley edible, and just all around disappointing. given the lackluster quality of the food, the forty dollar price tag was pretty impressive, basically highway robbery. the most enjoyable part of the meal was the doritos, that should say enough.
Yeaaaaa this place is bad but its your only choice past bringing your own food or ordering delivery/going elsewhere to pick up, and when youre enjoying a beach day that can be tough.Its your classic beachside concession shack issue — mediocre food, mediocre staff (to be fair they are all young kids because who else would do this job in Wepo…), and mediocre prices (being generous on that one).I mean the predecessor, Joey’s, wasn’t much to write home about but this place makes you wish there wasnt a concession stand at all so you could have avoided the headache entirely.Nice one, Town of Westport.
Nice little place to grab a bite by the water! The view is great from the benches if you get a seat.
Been here a couple of times but something is different about the revamped vegan bowl it was different and delicious. I've have had the vegan bowl many times, usually it takes forever but I didn't have to wait. The new dressing tasted amazing a bit different sweet and spicy. really enjoyed it. Even asked for a extra. Just wish it was was more consistent. Hopefully it be like that next time I go.
Today i went in for my first time with my kids. It took a enormous amount of time. The Grill cook which overcooked my burger and fries were cold, was too busy yelling at his co worker and to be honest as a customer i felt that was over the line crossing the line. A man to shouldn't speak to a woman like that. I have a daughter and women should be showed respect. not a kid friendly place

Great variety of yummy food options. Amazing onion rings. Definitely coming back
