Although we order from here plenty of times and the food tastes good, today I received more than just my food. I had also received a long blonde/brown hair in it which I pulled out like it was spaghetti. I would expect people in the restaurant business to wear hair nets.
Did a mobile order and picked it up. They forgot a bunch of toppings and my diet coke. Contacted them through the app and instead of a quick refund they passed the issue off to this store whose manager never reached out or refunded me.I regularly reached out to them but nothing except "the local franchise will handle it" so I just went to the store again and explained in person to whomever was behind the counter and grabbed my $3 diet coke. (Easier than trying to ask for a refund at this point).Mistakes happen, I don't blame the employees but the manager and the people higher up the ladder don't really care about customer service. I won't be back.
The food was delicious. We ate there. However was relatively expensive for a lunch.

CLOSED currently. I've eaten at Freshii in other locations. The website lets you order, which is great, but you don't learn THIS location is closed until the end. Went out of my way to come here.

I have always loved Freshii and boosted about how good the food was there HOWEVER I had one problem. I ordered food over the app at around 7:20 pm and was driving to go pick up, i got a text from a random employee stating that the store had closed already and i would get a refund. Almost a month later of emailing and calling the store and still no refund. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Why pay for something i never received, this place isn’t cheap either.
This site is my preferable place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. everytime I want to go to a fair meal, this place comes right away to my mind. excellent and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.courteous crew, and nice ambience. Not less important, the pay is affordable. I sent my friends to this restaurant with great pleasure.
Food is good but be careful when you order it on the telephone. They just shorted me one salad. Check your order before you walk out of the store- they seem disorganized.
