As appose to the below comments the staff was really nice and this is coming from a New Yorker who experiences rude people all the time. Their sandwich was really delicious as well.

Why is the staff so rude? If your going to sell below average and overpriced food to our community, at least be kind. The chef was actually cruel, making fun of a member of our party. Really weird.Too expensive and very bad energy.
The food was below average. And the staff was rude.
Honestly some of the worst staff I have ever met. I asked for a slight modification on my meatball sub (extra cheese) and they refused, saying it's only by the book. They then proceeded to have an attitude toward me after refusing my request. Once I finally got my sandwich the meatballs were almost ice cold. I could tell they definitely were frozen prior. Will never eat here again. I hope they go out of business

Fortuna's is the greatest and has been for many years. Mostly take-out with top quality, delicious food and a staff that treats you like family.
