Four stars ONLY because the lady at the counter was extremely friendly and kind to my four year old daughter and myself. Decaf coffee was like dish water, iced tea was made last year with a gym sock. I'm a loyal Dunkin person, Dunkin in general has gone downhill over the last year or so. Again, employee was very kind (was there around 4pmish on 05/05/2022. Please get this poor girl some assistance.
I don’t know what is wrong with this Dunkin’ Donuts - possibly not paying employees enough - but for this Dunkin’ Donuts to be as horrible as it is for a Westport location is a tragedy.I feel so sorry for the one person working there all by themselves who is trying their best, clearly they are poorly trained.I ordered three coffees - all there were completely wrong. I ordered half a dozen donuts which were just tossed into a bag.What is going on with this Dunkin’ Donuts location?
My iced coffee had an egregious amount of milk in it -- you'd have thought I just ordered a cup of milk. This place is unfortunately understaffed and I'd hate for anyone's daily coffee to be the target of an employee's frustration with the company. Management needs to start properly staffing this area and making it a better place to work
Worst carmel frozen coffee I've ever had, I get frozen coffee instead of iced because there isn't really a way to mess it up, but It just tasted like straight cream, no coffee no caramel, it was so nasty I couldn't even drink it. If their customer service was better I would have asked for them to make another, but I could tell the girl hated her job & it wasn't worth my energy.
First off I don't usually leave reviews but since I had a horrible experience at this Dunkin' Donuts I just had too. The cashier with red hair has to be the most rude, horrible mannered, poor customer service person that had the most ugliest of an attitude. I was treated horrible just because I walked in and ordered. I guess because she was on her phone and making another order I should have known better. I can't even believe that cashiers can be allowed to treat customers this way. Thank god the male that was working with her was friendly. I come to Dunkin' at least 5 times a day and I can assure u that as long as she is working there treating customers this way I will never step back into Dunkin ever again... SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS!! I am a general manager and would never allow my employees to treat customers this way. She made me feel as though I was a bother just for ordering!!! It's clear this girl doesn't like her job so she shouldn't be working there!!!

Terrible people!!!!! Wanted to use a bathroom they don’t let me go use it!!!! I was so much in pain and asked them bagged them all the guy said I am sorry I can’t let you in bathroom!!!!! Why they are open?????! Who does that????
