2nd time here, both have been excellent. The food both times has been perfect. I had the filet and she had the lamb. Cooled and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend, definitely earned the 5 stars.
Despite the restaurant not being very busy, our waiter completely abandoned us once entrees were served. We were not offered bread or fresh drinks when ours were empty.
Food was excellent but for the cost of the dishes the staff was not well trained.
The food was fine, not great. The service was also fine. I was, however, extremely disappointed because we called twice to confirm our request that a surprise desert with a candle come after dinner. It was an important and special evening to celebrate my wife's birthday. Interestingly, there were at least two other parties celebrating someone's birthday who did receive something like that. In our case, however, none of the wait staff knew anything about that request and there was no manager to be seen. I left a note asking them to call me about this but of course I haven't heard from them and don't expect to. I won't be coming back.
Food tastes microwaved. Not Italian at all! Pizza tasted frozen . Meatballs from a jar. Just really tasteless. Service poor. Forgot an entree. Overpriced. Just skip it!
The service from the waitress was horrible. Managers seemed uninterested. The star was the woman that cleared the table and fixed the problems with missing dishes and no attention from the waitress.
Arezzo transports us to Al fresco dining in Italy! The food is fresh and tastes homemade with love. The view and setting on the river is romantic and the colorful umbrellas makes for a comfortable,casual, elegant dining experience. The seafood is excellent in a pasta dish or in the fishermanâs stew. The veal parmigiana was perfectly prepared. Leave room for the delicious lava cake and a real cappuccino. We were fortunate to have a swan pair keep us company throughout our meal!
