Pure quality. Well deserved #1. Less then $16 out the door for medium with mootz, less then $21 for large. Very fair price. I always try to order when working in west haven Tuesday. I will still drive 30 mins one way to pick up if not.

I have been trying the plain sauce pizza’s at all the great pizza places in the New Haven area - Zuppardis is the best!

great food and service and atmosphere. would definitely go there again

I was in West Haven for a VA Medical Center appointment. I decided I wanted to try Zuppardi's again because I remember it being very good the last time I visited. The first thing I noticed was that the person who greeted me when I walked in was very nice. I ordered a small sausage pizza to go and boy was it good. I've tried Sally's, Pepe's, Modern and Roseland but I really think Zuppardi's may be the best. One of the others that I mentioned above has opened a lot of other locations and some of them are not very good but right now I'm sold on Zuppardi's and can't wait to return.

Great thin crust pizza with lots of flavor! We had a medium mozzarella with meatballs. Excellent! We heard about this place on FOX61 so we had to try. Also bought ice cream sandwiches made at Blue Chip Creamery. They're huge! Can't wait to try them! Great place, a must visit when in West Haven.

I heard about this place from a YouTube video and I was curious about it. Really nice staff, even when they were a lil busy, she was on the top. They don't have traditional ovens but doesn't make any difference bc the dough and sauce are incredible, was so tasty, I ordered a cannoli, was creamy and soft on the inside and really crispy on the outside. Definitely worth it!?

My wife and I love both Modern and Pepe's in New Haven, but we recently decided to try Zuppardi's in West Haven since we've heard positive reviews over the years. Well we were totally disappointed with their pizza. The waitress was very nice and pleasant, but their pizza does not live up to the hype. We had a large sausage with a pitcher of beer. First off the pizza is pretty thick. The crust was plain and more on the chewy side. The sauce, mozz, and sausage did not cover the entire pie which left a very wide, plain crust with nothing on it around the entire pie (take a look at some of the pictures here on Trip Advisor and you'll see what I mean). The overall size of the pizza was also not that large and it was light on the amount of sausage they put on. We had no problem finishing it, when usually we have at least 3 or 4 pieces to bring home. We are sorry to say this, but there was absolutely nothing special about this pizza and the high price they charge for it is not worth it. We will not be back.

Had heard all the hype for Zuppardis decided to try it out found the hype was well deserved. I went with their escarole and bean pizza it was awesome! Crust was perfectly cooked to a crisp texture, greens were flavorful and topped with just the right amount of mozzarella. My husband had asked for the veggie pizza with no cheese he loved it and have to give them props for getting it right on the first try. The pepperoni was highly appreciated by our nephew. We will be back definitely worth the 40 minute drive each way.

Awesome time, great apizza. Definitely gotta stop here if you get the chance.

Tried this pizza during the pandemic and they delivered curbside. We are almost an entire large plain between 2 people. The sauce is different and wonderful and I give it a firm recommendation.
