Never had a bad meal here and the staff is tremendous
The only good thing I have to say about our experience here was our server was super sweet and the margarita was good. Other than that we had a terrible experience. My husband ordered the steak tips which come with mushrooms. He specifically asked for no mushrooms as he is allergic. It was even on the ticket when it was brought out. There were so many mushrooms you couldn’t even see the steak! I ordered the grilled shrimp which looked good when it came out but there was so much salt I couldn’t even eat it. Again our server was super sweet asked if I wanted them to remake it or order something else. I was so disgusted at this point I lost my appetite. She did have the kitchen remake it without the gallon of salt they added the first time and put it in a Togo container for me to take home. We were told by both the server and the guy who brought out my husbands corrected dish the manager would come speak to us. Manager never came over! There was no adjustment to our bill for this horrendous experience either. Needless to say we will not be returning.
Delicious food, very friendly staff, and easy to find! I used the call-ahead feature and we got a text to come inside after only a 10 minute wait. Our server was very nice, and knowledgeable about the menu too! We got steaks with ribs & shrimp as part of their combo deals, and they were awesome! The rolls were hot & fresh, the food was the same quality. I will definitely come back & highly recommend coming!

Wherever state I’m at, I always go to Texas Roadhouse if I’m looking for steak. This location in West Haven, it tasted great. It was delicious, mouth watering and flavorful medium rare Ft Worth Ribeye. In fact, I went there 3 times already in a span of a month. It’s my go-to steak restaurant. Definitely a 5/5.
I had an awesome dinner. Definitely make dinner reservations if your going on a Sunday. I love that they text you when it is time to be seated. And that you can pick what cut of meat you want

Great service, great food, great drinks as always. Loved that place since the first time I went and nothing has changed. For a well done steak, still CUT LIKE BUTTER. I just want more of that steak. Every. Day. ?
