My only regret is getting the 6” Provy instead of the footlong.
Hands down one of the best deli's in west haven. Only downside is I wish they were open longer but I digress. Can't go wrong with anything from this place breakfast or lunch.
Just tried Provenzanos for the first time…unbelievable sandwich. Best Buffalo chicken cutlet sandwich I’ve had in a long time.
Had a Michelangelo and it was delicious. Be careful with adding spicy because they go HARD - no cap ?, just ask a buddy of mine who couldn't handle it. 10/10
I once watch an hour long episode of deal or no deal while I ate my sandwich and everyone on the staff got involved. 10/10 would do it again.

So I typically have a great sandwich here, but the other day I placed an order over the phone for my grandfather’s birthday, and when I showed up too early to pick up the order I thought I heard they didn’t have one type of meats for the ‘Sweet Italian Combo’ (of course my grandfather’s sandwich, out of all of them ordered). I thought nothing of it as nobody said a word to me from behind the counter. Grabbed the orders and paid, get home and it was a grilled chicken sandwich with ham (random combination) BUT was labeled as the Sweet Italian. It all made sense now, and I was not mistaken from what I heard. The Provy Brother’s would of never of pulled that ‘stunt’ and would have been transparent that they did not have the available meat(s) for the sandwich instead of making whatever they decided AND labelling it as the requested sandwich when it was not. Yes, the sandwich was still good, but imagine my grandfather’s surprise on his 86th birthday that his favorite sandwich he ordered from his favorite sandwich shop was not what he ordered or wanted on his special day. Please don’t EVER do that again to anyone. That was messed up and you all know what you did. And yes, we will give you all another chance as your sandwiches are always great. Just please be honest to your loyal customers.
Great little spot in West Haven. The food was amazing, freshly made, hot til the very last bite. I got the Michaelangelo and this is my first time here. I will definitely be back. The crew here is very friendly. NewHavenArmy thanks you guys.
