Make sure you check your order!! They always forget something and by the time you you get home it's to late because your home and don't want to go back. And I mean always!!
Store hours are till 11:00 pm. Had a pick up order inside the store. Waited 15 min outside nobody responded. Upon calling 4 times nobody answers the call. After 15 min someone shows up, upon asking she said store closes 10 pm due to lack of staff where as 7 people working inside the store. Freaking liers.
All good but the cashier had a poker face and didn't give me the cup for the drink. Had to ask her and handed it off rushed.
Always timely managed. I’ve never been waited too long at this location.
What a filthy, disgusting experience walking into this McDonald's. Obviously no one cares to check and clean the dining area. Food all over the floors, trash on tables and the floor. It makes you wonder how often they clean the bathrooms, the soda dispensers or the kitchen. Stay far away from this poorly managed, disgusting place!
This place is horrible. I did door dash and they gave the dasher the wrong order. I definitely don't blame the dasher at all, I blame McDonald's for screwing up. This isn't the first time something like this happened
I simply asked for fresh baked cookies during the night shift around 10:30 yet my cookies were not fresh they had only warmed them. I told them I wanted them fresh again I truly feel like they made me wait 5 minutes and then warmed them again and gave them to me. I know what fresh cookies taste like and this wasn’t it.
We ordered a double quarter pounder and we got a weird looking single burger that was depressing. We got a big burger patty, small bread, no cheese, just pickles and onions. Definitely the wrong item for 12.39 plus tax.
I went to drive thru today and my order was wrong. Went thru again to have them correct it got home and found out it was still wrong. I called them and explained my order was wrong and they hung up on me. I called an hour later and no one answered. Very bad service.
Asked for double quarter pounder meal and a coke big Mac meal and my kids just wanted 4 small fries they gave me the big Mac meal and instead of the double quarter pounder meal, they put a kids meal burger and put a diet coke instead too, follow by insulting my family cause my kids wanted small fries, thinking that we can't understand Spanish, so personally never returning here and recommend if you have kids go to a different one, they probably spit in too so just in case I put the whole thing in the garbage, because definitely don't want nothing from them anymore!!!
