The location of this McDonald’s is very strategic and accessible especially if you’re a student or staffer at the Univeristy of New Haven. I love to come here to just relax and enjoy the view. This McDonald’s is open 24/7 with a Drive-Thru service.There’s a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking for the differently able. It was clean and everything consistent with most McDonald's. It's unbelievable to think that a Big Mac and small fries would cost about $10
When I order a McDouble and add Mac sauce and lettuce, I expect to see and taste both … for 74 cents extra I should. I also expect to see my burger not sloppily thrown in the wrapper like a 10 day old burger. I also ordered more food besides that , which was disappointing as well . Get it together !
I never write reviews and I give every business a chance but faithfully… without any doubt.. every time I go here the food tastes old and stale. The French fries are always barely warm, burgers taste like they’ve been sitting under the warming light for hours. It’s a waste of money every time. I eat their breakfast maybe three times a year and that’s never disappointing but maybe it’s just the afternoon/night shift.

Used to come here all the time when I worked up the street. After today, never ever again. Stopped by cause it was late, we hadn't eaten all day, and my wife was starving. Placed a mobile order. It was immediately charged to my debit card. Couldn't go in to pick up our food cause they keep closing the dining room an hour or more early now. Went through the drive through to pick our food up. Even though I could clearly show them the charge on my banking app they claimed the payment didn't go through and wouldn't make our food. Had to pay a second time at the window and hope I can get a refund through the app. Asked how to get the refund and was told "idunno, go on the app." Finally got our food after paying twice and it was ice cold and stale. It had been almost 45 minutes at that point and I didn't have it in me to try and get new food. Also got charged a bottle deposit on an order that didn't even have a drink. This location is an absolute joke. Take the extra ten minutes and go to the Sawmill Rd location. Don't ever go here. Would give zero stars if I could.

Used the app to get a 20 piece nugget for $5. While going through the drive-thru they added on another 20 piece at full price. I pointed out their mistake and the manager kept putting the blame on me. I went and showed them the original order for just 1 and she continued to deny their mistake and blame me. She then attempted to lie to me saying the deal was buy one get onenfor $5. The whole situation was extremely unprofessional and could have be resolved by allowing me to return the extra food for a refund.
Drive Thou attendents obviously hate their job. The rush you through and when did a single medium Quarter Pounder w/ cheese meal become just under $ 12.00. Guess the stopped calling then Extra Valve Meals for a reason!
My hometown local mickey deez. Always pretty good. Machine is usually down here besides that very fast and usually quality food.
