This dd next to my home usually every morning I am getting coffe and my favorite bagel but since 2 years same problemlem they’re are slow for drive true order you have to wait more than 20 min - there are two lady both are rude they reject servis
they have employees who don't have human feelings. it's a shame and it's so rude
Empty store, still had to wait about 5 minutes for my drive-thru order that I placed ahead of time on the mobile app.
Really nice employees! Would definitely go back. No strawberry ? glazed donuts though and I was there a 9am lol ?
Okay so how do I give this place 0 stars? Absolute disaster of a staff, everytime I go in they're plain RUDE and DISINTERESTED. I actually don't mind that if the coffee is good but it isn't either. I have given this place a lot of chances and just cannot anymore. People go for their morning dose of caffeine and they just spoil the whole experience. They never have anything ready, hot coffee is never given with a stopper(burnt myself in the car), iced coffee is always a disaster made without heeding to the instructions. Yup worse dunkin ever!

The lady in the drive-through speaker was very rude and dismissive. Wouldn't let me finish telling her how I like my coffee. Kept cutting me off and telling me to drive up. Before I finish completing my order. And she still got my coffees wrong SMH..
