This location watched as EMTs tried to get coffee but they locked there door during normal business hours! Bad for business to not even open the doors ??♀️
Terrible service, I asked for large coffees and got small coffee and when I told her she gave me the coffees in a rude way and almost threw them on me.
I gave the new hummas on toast with roasted tomatoes a try today and the winter coffee which I think is the best yet with Duncan. The toast with roasted tomatoes and hummus was delicious small in size but just enough. The winter coffee has a nice stronger roasted taste.
Very rude! Poor customer service skills! I went and was very polite greeted drive thru employees no response to the greeting. Ordered my food and coffee. I asked for my coffee to be remade service was denied. Started to eat my hash browns and hair was in my food. I’ve worked in fast food for years and I know the perks and what should be done and shouldn’t by employees. My coffee should’ve been remade without any questions! Unsatisfied customer and I will be calling corporate!
Let me tell you how slow thy were. It was Eleven employees working and the manager was there, cars were in the street waiting to be serve. I went in side with Linda my friend. Dounkin donuts should give out free food or your order should be free.
