if i could give this place negative stars I would, the management is very rude and unprofessional. they always have one person working the entire store by themselves and the lines are ridiculously long. I have noticed that they have lost their best employees every time 0/10
The worst D.D. that I went???. The cashier was very angry with a very bad actitudes. I was ordering and she was making different angry faces and sighing and saying "Oh my God" She complained telling to the people that she was upset because it is the weekend and she is working alone. If she don't like the job that's not the correct job for her. That's not a good customer service. That was very UNRESPECTFUL !!! ???
Just your average Dunkin' store, the parking lot can be difficult to get in and out of at times
The fairly new night employee is such a sweet and kind person. Never does she have an attitude no matter how rude her customers can get with her. She just does her job and does it well.
Always very long line sometimes the employees are not the most polite or attentive but it’s Ansonia what can you do

4 employees and 2 had no clue how to manage the register. It was painful to see high school girls asking for cards not cash because the screen that displays change owed to customers was not lit up and my 20.26 for a 14.26 order was "old man way" place was dirty sticky floors as well
Love there coffee!
Place was not busy but I waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees and 1 sandwich out of 2. It got so late I couldn't wait for the sandwich they forgot to make but didn't forget to charge me for. Also the coffee was not how I asked for it. DO NOT go to this Dunkin donuts if you want your full order or decent coffee in a timely manner.
