Here we go again, we waited over 10 minutes on the drive-thru and never experienced this in the past
Every day in the drive thru they are out of the little plugs for coffee. Every . single. Day. First Dunkin gets rid of caps that close- now they hand you open coffee cups. Not only does it splash around the entire car, but also it cools off quicker. Yesterday the guy In th window splashed it on me while handing it to me!! It's insane. Get caps with covers or stock enough plugs. This place used to be on top of it. Not any more.
They don’t treat the customers properly and they close before time. This is not how you treat customers. Change the employees, in order to get effective customers.
This place sucks. The rudist most ignorant people I've seen ever seen To busy playing grabass instead of doing their job. And by the way the donuts sucked also.
Consistently very good. They follow up on special requests (like adding ice to a hot drink to avoid burns, etc. Frequently out of my favorite cinnamon breakfast rolls. Please make more.
This location is horrible to go or order me and my wife we have to wait 20 minutes before we get any attention and when we order they go wait and laughsmaybe my is not 100% but I can speak very clear and people understand and that is every time when I go

The lady in charge here is terrible. She treats they employees terribly and literally being here as a client gives me anxiety and makes me want to leave. I truly hope something is done with this lady.
Every time I go to this Dunkins, the ladies that work there are so pleasant and always have beautiful smiles ?? It’s nice to experience this. Thank you ?
