Really bad customer. They couldn’t even make a toast and when we ordered donuts instead it took forever to put together 6 donuts and 3 drinks. Maybe in the morning they have better customer service…very disappointed …
I am grateful for Dunkin Donuts, Employees are very nice and polite. Love the Duncan Donuts Mugs, Very Addictive. I've purchased many.

Omg where do I start?? I had no idea how many coffees they have and my mind was blown. Me and the lady waiting on me were laughing because omg everything on the menu looked delicious so I'm finally got the Oatmilk Ice Milk
Why would they stop taking cash payments inside! Now the drive thru line is rediculous causing too much traffic for a small gas station like this !
Any time I come here it’s the worst customer service. The employees(mainly morning/afternoon staff) treat it like a frat house..yelling, playing around, and almost purposely take forever to make your order. They literally threw my bag of food to each other jokingly the other day and dropped it causing them to tell me to wait another 5 minutes and make a whole new order. All I got for an apology was the girl at the window laughing at the situation thinking I’d find it funny as well. Mind you I’ve never shown or displayed any annoyance to them cause I wanna give people the benefit of doubt. Only reason I continue to go here is because they make everything correct but yeah i don’t know who the manager is but do better hiring at this location.

In this area they are not like us! They open at 5, but here 5 is not 5?, might be 6????????

I was just at this location and the customer service is poor. It didn't matter how many times I said thank you the only thing the staff both drive thru and in person coukd say was mhm. They could not say you're welcome or thank you back or have a nice day.And on top of it they handed me the wrong order and when I stated it wasn't for me they didn't apologize .Really poor service.
