This Dunkin can get very busy both inside and drive thru. I recommend ordering on the go in advance. Walk in, pick up at the counter, avoid the line and go!
The service is great the people are friendly but if I’m paying for something then that means I want it so check the bags also check the sandwiches/toast there’s been multiple times that I’m missing something this is the first or second time but this is the first I’m leaving a review at this location definitely one of the better Dunkin’s in west haven
They take good care of you when you go in. Good attitude and respectful employees.
I stop every morning on my way to work. The staff at this location is fantastic! The coffee is always fresh too.

Much better then the SLOOOWWWW Valero Dunkin. I waited 22min for a med black coffee and 2 donuts with one person in front of me inline inside the Dunkin. Bunch of kids that curse and are rude.

One of the slowest drive thru experiences since the last Dunkin. If you order ahead, just grab your order inside. It's better than a half hour on a line.
Ridiculous drive thru wait and they claim they can’t print your receipt. There also isn’t even a manger on site, nor will they answer the phone. “Emily” can drop the attitude.
