Not sure why all the hate in all the reviews, it really made me think twice about going there. I think those bad reviews are done intentionally by a bunch of kids who did not like the order and are in denial jajaaj. I went twice there at 2am and at 11am at different days and the service was standard . The kiosk service actually made the order to go pretty quickly .I ordered in both times Light medium coffee, sausage egg and cheese on multigrain bagel, and hash brown . They were done right and it was actually delicious . What you would expect from a regular Dunkin’ Donuts .
The worst dunking donuts in West Haven… Please save yourself the frustration and skip this location. They burnt my sandwich and and made us wait so long just because they wanted to chat and act all uninterested at the customers and once you have your drink it’s not even what you ordered. ???
Terrible!!! 3 am , girl at window was really rude, tried to rush me out the drive way when she didnt even get my order correct and forgot to give straws….. to me they should not be working fast food!
I’m not one to leave reviews but lately this location has just not been up to par. I’m unfortunately extremely specific about what alternative milk I drink because A. I’m extremely lactose intolerant and B. I’ve developed a NUT allergy. With that being said I go here often solely because it’s close to home and almost every time something is wrong, big or small it’s always something. Today was probably the worst, I went and asked for the same coffee I get every morning, iced cold brew coconut with OAT MILK. I got to work and started sipping my coffee, then my throat started getting itchy. I look at the label on my coffee and they put almond milk. It’s a blessing I don’t have a bad enough allergy where I’d have to go to the ER. My point is they don’t pay enough attention at this location. I remember going here in high school and it being one of the best. I just can’t say that anymore.
Forget about the worst Dunkin Donuts, this particular location is consistently the worst RETAIL experience I have ever had in my entire life, and I'm 52 years old. Every single employee is their own special kind of miserable. It's as if the only training they receive is "If you're not arguing with the customer you're doing it wrong". Whoever manages this location should not be working in retail management. They have failed on every level.
Terrible customer service the girl was so rude and unprofessional ? I ordered a brownie Valentine’s donut and a ice coffee bc it was free coffee day and she made my order wrong and was screaming at me in the drive thru will never go there again
THE WORST DUNKIN DONUT EVER !!! THEY WILL MESSED UP YOUR ORDER EVEN IF YOU REPEATED IT TWICE !!!It’s a shame Omg. This place is the worst. Whoever manages this place needs to be let go. I ordered a simple drink and repeated like three times. And come to the window and it’s wrong ??!!!! Waited another 10mins cause they forgot I ordered a donut. Then came and tell me they don’t have it ??? There is this young guy working there on on Monday 1/24/22, he’s the worst. That’s all I can say. It seemed the place is run by kids at the mall. Whoever owns this joint needs to like seriously be hiring new people. You will lose customers this way.
Google said it's 24hrs so I pulled up. Lights are on, menu is lit so I'm thinking ohkie great, they're definitely open. Waited in drive thru for about 15 min before i realize nobody said anything thru the mic. Finally I call them. A guy picks up and I simply asked "hey are you guys open right now?" He goes "nope! We're closed" and hangs up in my face! That was very rude. I was in the middle of asking what time do they close just to be greeted by a sharp hang up sound.I usually love dunkin but this one is a miss. Never again.
I went for a cappuccino. I orderd coffee when the lady give me coffee i asked her to steam my coffee as i look very hot. She refused and i ask her two or three time but she refused that i can't steam. Worst experience ever. I gave her coffee back that i don't want a cold coffee and she didn't even bother she took the coffee back and she didn't even give me my money back.
Please quit.. i don’t care who heather is, who Sonia is, who Gary is, who harry is or whoever ya names is. Ya a bunch of twiddle dees and twiddle dumbs. It be like 18 people working in that small box space and nobody know nothing. Look like a bunch of meeps just shuffling around cause nobody brain cells work. And nobody know how to make nothing.
