Me and my boyfriend tried to get a job there but we were manipulated and lied to throughout the whole thing. The manager is this fake wannabe happy guy that acts like he's God's gift on earth and judges people based on appearance even though no one is uppity there in personality or appearance. He needs to quit being fake and living in this fantasy world of his. It's just bad for business and he should be fired for making everyone unhappy and lying to everyone.
This location is terrible. Its never a hit and always a miss with the food. Food is barely ever fresh. Chips taste stale, and the guacamole lacks seasoning and taste very watery. Presentation is terrible.
I usually like this place but the chicken they gave me was literally raw. My 14$ wasted after working hard for a day. All I'm asking is decent food like come on...SMH
Terrible service. Ending up leaving with nothing after standing right at the station for 10 minutes being ignored while Togo was prioritized. I get it, busy location but a little “hi, we’ll be right with you” goes a long way. Especially when there was 7 people just standing there while 1 girl did all the work (for take out)
I haven’t ordered from here in a while because it’s been a hit or miss EVERY experience. Today, my burrito was a disappointing and unappetizing. The white rice was undercooked. The chips were undercooked and overly salty.
The quality of the food was bad. I was served with stale guacamole which was visibly black, but the lady didn't seem to care. Asked for peppers, first told they were out and then gave some burnt peppers. It all tasted bitter and stale, that too during early lunch hours. They were least welcoming and running out of every other ingredient. Staff seemed disinterested, doing random things despite multiple requests and unnecessarily put everyone on wait. The serving area was dirty, as if it hasn't been sanitized in days!! Better avoid this outlet.
Love this Chipotle better than Milford. We went to this Chipotle almost near closing time ordered a salad and they we're out of the dressing and the manager shajuan was nice enough to make a fresh batch. the staff was so nice! i was so impressed with their service! and food
Good gawd! Worst Chipotle experience. Where do I begin?!? I'll start with the servers attitude. Very unwelcoming. Everything on the food bar was dried out. Down to nothing, but I was there so I ordered my food. Rice was cold, the chicken was very burnt. And to top it off my favorite part of my chipotle is usually the chips and guac. It was the absolute worst. It literally only had cilantro. No flavor what so ever. Bruh how do you not season the guac?? To say the least I was very disappointed. AND after all the money I just spent STILL HUNGRY? I promise to not visit this location again
I’m done coming here. I’d fire the manager because there is no quality in the food or pride in the store. Windows are disgusting, the food looks likes it’s been sitting forever, the staff is slow. 4 people in line snd takes me no less than 20 mins each time. Ridiculous.
Dirty dirty dirty ..... It was not even noon and the mess in the dining room was disgusting.... You can tell it was from the night before. The employees look miserable and set the tone as you walk through the doors. Don't go here it's not sanitary.
