The purpose of fast food is to get in & out. Before we left we waited 10mins on the only drive through line and it never moved. Don't know what the problem was but seems to me someone should have been outside taking orders or giving customers a heads up. This location seems to alway have a wait. Recommend as ur driving up if you don't see line move at least one car then keep on going most likely you'll be there awhile.
If I had the chance to give zero stars I would, I just had the most terrible experience here, I ordered something and they gave me the wrong order then I try to resolve the issue inside and they started giving me attitude and causing me unnecessary stress on me and my pregnancy, the manager was extremely rude and disgusting she doesn’t know how to speak to ppl with respect .. she doesn’t deserve to be working for the public when she doesn’t even know how to speak with them with common decency, this lady should be fired and replaced.. i asked for sprite and they gave me seltzer this place should be shut down
This location I must give a mixed review,there are times a visit in the evening hours n they are not friendly and fries are cold but during the day it's much better more courteous and food fresher
The manager took my order so I didn’t have to wait long. He was a good dude.
Not sanitary, food look nothing like the menu, nuggets were cold and looked old. Soda station dirty, tables not clean.
Super disrespectful staff. Overcharged us $5 for a slice of cheese. Gave us a whole attitude when we asked what we were being charged for, then got even more upset when we simply asked for dipping sauce. If they can’t be polite to customers then they shouldn’t be working there.
Was given my drink and card back. And thanked me for coming. And closed the window.I sat there and she opened the window and said your all set. I told her I was waiting for my food you just gave me my drink.she apologized and then gave me my food
Every single time I have been here, the same rude manager is always the one taking orders and being snotty. not to mention they purposely mess up every single order and leave items out of your order and when you check and pull back around she tries to act like you’re bring back old food from the day before saying its “cold” when in reality they served me cold food and it was missing items. Every single time i have been here. i live closeby which is why I gave them so many chances but please go to Orange on the post road. Everyone at this location needs to be fired including the manager.
One of the younger males is ALWAYS rude with a scoul on his face. It rubs off on you. Eat a whopper, have a milkshake, maybe a labatomy
