The food was poorly portioned, poorly packaged, cold, soggy, and the chicken strips were not cooked. I placed my order through Uber Eats and all order notes were missed. I checked the receipt to ensure Uber got it right and sure enough it was all on the receipt. I decided to call the store as I just wanted my order corrected. I asked if I were to bring it back could it be remade and was told no. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and clearly annoyed I was calling. I would not recommend this specific location to anyone.
Do not redeem free milkshake coupon here, they made me redeem my coupon only to say they couldn’t do it afterwards because it’s supposedly not allowed… very unprofessional staff tonight
If I can give it no stars I would the owner and staff are all very rude and impatient I bought 40$ worth of food to be told that I wasn’t doing it the way they do it (which I don’t have to do there way) the owner was the one taking care of me. Don’t get me started with the employees. There’s one that looked like he was high just standing doing nothing didn’t have a clue what was going on and that’s the people he hires to do our food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TREATED LIKE YOUR LESS OF A PERSON ??????????
Good was good customer service by workers wasn’t the greatest we were ignored as they had their conversation but a man there went above and beyond and made sure we were taken care of im assuming he’s the owner

Just stopped in for the first time and was greeted by Irene, who is a gem. She could not have been more friendly. I ordered classic french fries, which were great- just salty enough, not greasy or oily. Look forward to returning.
Excellent food and excellent service. I recommend Wayback Burgers if you're looking for a juicy hamburger. My burgers are always double cheese burgers with Lettuce and tomato,no condiments. You always need to have fries with a shake also.
I’m a DoorDasher driver, I came in to pick up an order and I was 15 minutes early and I was waiting in my car because I assumed the order wasn’t ready. Then I got a notification that the food was ready so I go in to pick up the food and the manager started screaming at me because I was sitting in the car waiting until the order said it would be done. Telling me that it makes them look bad when I as a DoorDasher who DOES NOT work for them am just doing my job. DO NOT come here. Terrible manager and not worth it.
My First time ordering. The food was good. The reason for my 3 stars is they left of my Sautee onions and there was one little piece of Lettuce, put my own Lettuce on my sandwich. Got the Impossible burger.
Fast service, good burgers. Fries definitely too salty. Clean sitting area and roomy.
