Delicious, creative food and drink. Generous portions. Gracious service.
Great service, food, and ambiance! There was even a sommelier on-site who could advise on a wine choice. We are outside, which was wonderful. The server was very professional and thoughtful.
Union Kitchen catered my book club meeting and simply put, it was a knockout dinner. My guests raved about the eclectic menu of crab cakes, duck breast with wild rice and bolognese. For a small fee, they also offered to deliver right to my home. The entire catering experience was seamless. My friends and I look forward to ordering from Union Kitchen again in the future!
We had a great meal. We had fried chicken bao, mushroom toast with honey. Vietnamese crab cakes and Cesar salad. Will be back.
Outstanding experience. We had reservations and were seated right away, both the host and waitress were super polite and friendly. Drinks were delicious, I got a Bellini and husband got back east summer ale. The whole vibe of the place was very modern steampunk, like I stepped into Peaky Blinders. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. We ordered the Bao Buns and Truffle Fries for apps and the tempura avocado was a nice touch, and Truffle Fries are always delicious.I got the Braised boneless short rib and it was the most tender piece of meat I have ever eaten, fork cutable, and the bed of spinach and Mac and cheese complimented the flavors beautifully. Just enough creamyness to offset the savory meat. Husband got the lobster roll with was overflowing which meat. Will definitely be going back, wonderful experience.
We loved our meal! The whole waitstaff was so personable and professionalâ¦I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Great 1st experience here. Arrived early for res. Sat us immed. Grwat service. Drinks and food were spot on. Pricey but what isnt these days. Compared to serrounding WH places. Its actually a bargsin. Will def return
Staff was wonderful and friendly. The salad was fresh and delicious .
Disappointing. Adding this to the list of restaurants that just aren't hitting their previous standard. I don't know if it's because of difficulty finding good people or what. But something is happening. The short rib, which is my favorite dish, was just okay for the second straight visit (overcooked), but not excellent as it always was in the past. The service was very slow, and we were there early before they even got busy. I think we were one of three couples in the restaurant (not counting bar seating). And we could clearly see employees, including our server, socializing in the kitchen area while we waited for drinks. Not a good look. Service was so slow, we decided not to order dessert because we didn't want to wait for it. May not go back. I don't think I could comfortably recommend it without relaying my experience. Not terrible, just wouldn't expect excellence any more.
Union kitchen is more than just a wine destination. The service was excellent; just enough attention on a fairly quiet lunchtime. I had a tough time choosing what I wanted even though the lunch menu wasnât that big. The food was terrific and the price in line with very good quality food. Have to go back to try new items.
