They used to be good. Still in name of covid they are ruling with their only 2 options menu. Its like where is the yogurt bar standard. We should be allowed to make our own!!!!I started visiting the plainville location. Better service and full menu to choose by your own.
5 kids working and I had to ask someone to clean off the table and chairs. There is not a surface in this place that is clean. The floors are absolutely disgusting. The countertops, tables, chairs, windows, etc are all covered in some form of filth. For a “Food Service” establishment , the owners should be embarrassed by what an unacceptable mess this place is.
Just went in to get ice cream, gentleman doing toppings was extremely rude, ignored a request for a topping… even went as far as to give my partner a dirty look when he asked and continued on and then snatched the money from my partners hand… we were extremely friendly and this treatment was entirely unwarranted. If you are having a bad day that’s fine but your job is to put toppings on the ice cream… so you could at least just do that.
Hours need to be updated- just tried going at 9pm today (Friday 12/10) to find a sign on the door with the new hours and an employee informing about 5-10 of us all walking in around the same time that they were closed. Ben and Jerry’s is a few doors down and open until 11pm on Fridays, so they ended up getting my business (and at least a couple of others) instead.
Many different flavors! I love the quality and the numerous toppings. The store is clean and there is even seating indoor.
Sweet and tasty
cashier was very friendly. Attendant dispersing yogurt did a great job handling people who started to serve themselves. Particularly appreciated she politely asked the woman to wear a mask. Both great workers.
This place has very nice options and good deals we go there and come back with happiness
Won't let you self serve. Literally defeats the purpose of a frozen yogurt place.
Wanted something sweet. But customer service isn’t top tier. Girl threw her arms down when I was taking too long to decide on toppings. Like, if you not tryna help a sis get her sweet tooth on why bother working. 2 star cause this Mango and pineapple mix is about to go hard. No stars for customer service. Also, I wanted peanut m&ms and she gave me regular then got upset as I told her “wrong ones.” Like I should’ve made her pick them out one by one, but I didn’t. That’s growth.
