Very slow. Nor sure why when there are multiple staff working. I wait EVERY time to when i go pick up my order that i had already ordered ahead. Its ridiculous.
I’ve been here for over half an hour waiting for a mobile order I placed 45 min ago. People have come in, ordered, and left with their drinks while I’ve been waiting. I only got a vanilla steamer and a pastry.
I go to this starbucks all the time, love it. but today i asked a guy named Brian if something had gluten in it. he said i “don’t know”, totally understandable. i then i asked “are you able to check or ask someone?” and he just shook his head and said no in a tone where it seemed like i was bothering him he said no. my friend has celiac and i was getting a drink for her and wanted to make sure. i always give people the benefit of the doubt especially if they’re having an off day. but it was really disappointing being treated like that. i work in customer service too and it really made me upset because of the lack of care of a real disease that effect a lot of people.
Hmmm, not much caramel in the macchiato made the long wait on a Sunday somewhat disappointing when I arrived home.

Nice clean place with a friendly staff, but their COVID restrictions were excessive, in my opinion. Specifically, I handed the staff member our own personal "Starbucks" mugs for coffee and hot chocolate. Sadly, the staff member would not take our mugs directly from my hands. Instead, she asked me to place our mugs inside a larger mug, and then slide this crazy contraption across the counter to her. I mean really ... isn't this just "crazy-nuts" ❓?
Barista taking orders was very sweet, but older lady behind the bar was not nice. Tables and floors were very dirty and boxes were all over the floor at 2pm.edit: ordered a honey citrus mint tea and it was not made right, i think they put milk in it. it was remade in another starbucks and clearly they did not make it right here (remake on left)
