This is a 5 star in terms of FAST food, even though it wasn't very fast service...The burgers are nice and small, nothing extremely greasy. Had a bourbon scallion burger which was a nice interesting tasteful surprise. The shakes, were honestly nothing too special. For a place named shake shack, you'd expect that would have been the best part, but unfortunately McDonalds does it better...French fries are okay, could be more crispy. Don't bother with the cheese fries, the cheese comes from a can at the taste of it.
Great food but sometimes the service can be a hit or miss. I'm glad this location is closer to home now and I've been here many times since their opening in 2018.I was surprised by the long line on a Monday, but I ordered ahead with DoorDash. My food was ready when I arrived, but the worker was too busy chatting with her friend pretending to be a customer.I got to enjoy my food outside and it made for a nice summer memory. I'd like to check out a New York City location someday.
The burgers and chicken sandwich were pretty good. The chicken chunks are a little greasy though. The kids all enjoyed the cheese fries also. It took about 10 minutes to get our food because they had a lot of to go orders to fill. The young lady who took our order was very nice.
It could be on a Thursday afternoon with no lines whatsoever YOU ARE STILL GOING TO WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER. OMG Love the restaurant but it TAKES FOREVER. Ordered at 8:37 now it’s 9:00pm n Im still waiting!!!!
First time having their food. Burgers were very good, not greasy at all and patty size was satisfying without being oversized.Only complaint would be that the fries were sitting for a while before being salted and the salt was too coarse to really be absorbed into the potato.In all, we will definitely be back again.
Terrible food experience. I am sure to get a better burger many other places like Popeyes the fries were cold and not crispy. The cheese fries were meh. Cheese tastes was like melted american cheese and nothing special. No spicy taste to anything. Every food item was bland. Shrooms burger was like eating mushroom tomato onion in a bun with some melted cheese on and off. I'd not recommend for people to eat here.Also there's hot table panini next to this place and poke bowl place they both are 100 times better.
The burger was decent. Nothing else. Like literally the chicken bites were too small for my 11 year old daughter. The fries were meh and the shake which the place is named after was incredibly disappointing. Not cheap either. It was comparable to Friendly's and Friendly's would have been better.
Used to love Shake Shack I ordered regularly for my family. Now they are getting sloppy. My husband's burger was just thrown in the takeout container, the bacon was raw. It was not appealing at all. Yuck! We asked for a side of shake shack sauce they said they ran out. Unbelievable.
Went to Shake Shack for dinner and place was pretty empty. Ordered a burger, fries and chicken sandwich. Had to wait about 10 minutes for the order to come up. For somewhat fast food, 10 minutes when the place was not busy not good. The sandwiches were warm but the fries were not. Chicken sandwich was OK but KFC and Wendy's are much better and far less expensive. Burger had good taste but was on the small size. Expected more. Will not return.
Burger was ok, although, bun top ice cold to the touch on the outside and tiny for the price. The fries were crispy and also ok but very thin for krinkle fries. The root beer float was good. Over all, not very good, overpriced (no combo meal specials) and "genderless" restrooms which is kind of a good thing except the way they present them is too "woke" for me.
